★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, it is the worst experience I've ever had from a hotel in Singapore. The staffs are very rude toward us and their service quality is very low. The hotel room needs to be renovated because the bathroom walls are leaking. Moreover, there are a lot of dusts in the TV. This hotel is overpriced and the quality that they offer to their customers don't fit the price. Definetely will not stay in this hotel again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spacious, very spacious. Amenities are basic and bathroom fixtures are quite worn out. Room is reasonably clean. Beds are comfortable. Two minutes stroll to Paragon Orchard. Actually a good place to slow down and disconnect.
Buffet breakfast included egg omelets, roti prata, fish porridge, chicken noodle soup and small assortment of dim sum.
Kudos to all service staff who were patient and responsive, especially the trainees behind the buffet table (good job guys).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at York Hotel for 3 nights and we had an amazing time here.
This is just a few things that we loved in the hotel:
* Our room was the Cabanas in front of the swimming pool and was spacious, comfortable and clean.
* All the staff was very professional, nice and kind.
* All amenities well cleaned and very pleasant (pool, gym, restaurant and lobby).
* Perfect location near Orchard Road close to bus stop and MRT and plenty of Shopping Malls.
* Loved the fact we had towels (gym and pool) and complementary water at the gym and room.
* The breakfast was delicious with many options.
Overall we had a fantastic experience!
We couldn't recomend more staying at this hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very near major shopping areas in Orchard. Hotel itself was a bit old, but still ok. Service was good, staff was polite unlike some other reviews here. Room got upgraded to a bigger room. Cleanliness wise is not bad, got free drinks also. Parking's free.

Breakfast you pick from a list as many as you want so still a buffet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here. Spacious room and hotel in general, with a bathtub in the bathroom. The staff were all very friendly and location is fantastic. The only minor complain I have is that the cleaning staff threw way some of our facial cleansing productions on day 2 of our stay, probably thought we were done with it even though we had put them aside nicely. But other than that, it was a very pleasant stay!
