Not an ideal property if you are looking to rent as I have seen a couple renting a low floor unit facing the green pool with a huge dog with 'aroma' that can be detected miles away. I wonder what has the 'aroma' done to the internals of that unit. Not really healthy for the next tenants even though I am sure the land lords will do cleaning of some sorts...

Great location and amenities with supermarkets just across the road. Just thought that it could be more high rise. Minutes walk away from the beach. I thought it’s quite well maintained on the exterior.

Worst condo management and very poor design. A fault of the tiles in the children’s pool was never repaired, they seem to have no empathy that it would cut the children’s feet, “use the pool at your own risk” they said. The main pool is green and slow to clean. The lack of compassion is disappointing. Picture shows the main swimming pool. The circuit breaker has ended for more than a year and yet the tape has not yet been cut, telltale signs of how the facilities are neglected with many excuses. You need to pay $1000 deposit to the management to move furniture items inside, and you need to protect the lift with paddings by yourself. Items taller than 1.7m (if you put in a large van) you cannot move in and need to unload somewhere and move in manually with a long alternative route that involves quite a bit of physical strenuous work! If you have a bad back, consider carefully. For the interior, very poor quality material is used and poor design overall. For example, the door lock will not align, and faulty locks are real risks causing safety hazards! the wardrobe door breaks easily, and squeaks every time. Other residents have reported wardrobe doors breaking and fall. Please beware with these safety hazards present in your home, especially around children. Poorly designed wash sinks causing water to splash easily. The rooms seem to have normal sizes; but beware, almost every room has a collision hazard of the room door and wardrobe door. On top of that, if you put a single bed in a common room, the wardrobe door won’t be able to open as the clearance is blocked by the single bed. This could have been avoided by using a sliding door on the wardrobe, but no, there is little consideration of practicality. Those are the details easy to miss if you are having a quick glance of the interiors. Check locks, check the doors, have a quick measure of dimensions. For a condo so new (Nov 2016), I am surprised to see how degraded and worn-out it is, probably due to the cheap material used everywhere, and the management’s negligence in repairs and maintenance. Common areas are dirty, plants dying (some replaced with plastic flowers). If you are looking to rent or buy, take a look at the most recent photos.
