β β β β β It's car park looks exactly like a HDB multi-storey car park.Guess it's because it's an EC. The maintenance is quite poor. For example, an broken down lift took over 3 weeks before being repaired. With the only other lift serving the entire block of residents, it took ages to reach either your level or ground floor. Imagine during the morning rush hours for students and working adults.
In addition, the cause of the lifts malfunctioning seemed to stem from the fact that people who just finished swimming, do not dry themselves adequately before taking the lifts.
Alot of work to educate these inconsiderate folks and the management should show more promptness in repairs and maintenance to avoid prolonged and extensive inconvenience to the residents and visitors there.

Vicinity is always clean and neat, and landscapes are regularly maintained. Can have a relaxing ambience at all timesβ€οΈ

Great for HDB upgraders who will appreciate the serenity, quietness and yet strategically locally near neighbourhood malls, schools, and 7mins walk to future MRT and also Pasir Ris Park. If you love the option of living near amenities, beach, and a large unit that has spacious layout for all family members, the 3 beds 3 baths option is fantastic and doesnβt cost an arm and a leg!
