β β β β β Extremely poor service and experience with OCBC securities. Having massive doubts on porting over my portfolios over.
Long and painful waiting time, lack of status and visibility update, impossible to reach Customer service via hotline, no visible timeline or resolution to handle request. I have funds missing in other accounts for the account opening/closing/transfer request, there is no one that I can reach out at all.

β β β β β Came at 12pm for a simple purpose of opening an account. Waited for more than 40mins and still waiting. OCBC must improve their turnaround time and customer service despite the lunch hour.

β β β β β Very poor service from the dealer Y H. He never reply my emails, even for simple requests to withdraw my funds. I always need to follow up with a call before he bothers to reply me. This is a reflection of the poor service standards of iOCBC and the lousy outdated application/website. Simple tasks like withdrawing money take days and have to be done manually by contacting your dealer. This is so 1980s. I've been shifting out my shares and funds and will be moving my business to Tiger Securities and closing my iOCBC account, since Tiger is much better, modern, efficient, responsive and super cheap commission.

β β β β β I would give zero stars if I could. Will just summarise how poor the platform and services are:
- high fees, they explained that they value add by providing dedicated trade representative services.
- when you email them for help, they take more than 1 business day to reply. explanation: "they have other clients to service".
- called their hotline and left voicemails (cos cannot get through to customer service), recorded message said they would get back in 1 business day, only got a callback a week later.
- there are buying and selling limits, and the limits take 3-4 business days to clear, during which you cannot trade.
- asked the rep for advice and reply was "don't rush to trade, take your time"
- when made a formal complaint, after review, all I got was a standard sorry and no remediation of how my poor experience would be compensated/ solved.

Avoid at all cost.

β β β β β Again site down on a Saturday for maintenance... at least 4 times in the last 2 months. Unable to see accurate account balances in OCBC Internet Banking App since latest "upgrade" - more like a downgrade. How can a finance institution operate today with such horrific digital service. Decided to move my accounts this weekend... I've had enough.
