โ โ โ โ โ I just left the clinic , after having spent over a thousand dollars for my helpers dental work. Iโm very sure I got ripped off, but the worst part was the receptionist/ staff , her name is Joanne. She was incredibly rude to me, shooed me as if I was a dog (Iโm 8 months pregnant) and spoke to me in a very derogatory manner. I will tolerate being ripped off every now and then, but will not tolerate that kind of rudeness. She was also rude on the phone to me , my helper was about 5 mins late for her appointment, and she again scolded me as if I was an animal (actually I would treat animals with much more respect that this Joanne lady). I will not be going back, I will find somewhere else. Doctors / dentists , please train your staff better to be kind and polite to customers. Regardless of how much money we spend , no one should be treated in this degrading way.

โ โ โ โ โ My helper goes there and she is really happy. They are really nice with her and do not over charge employer. Which is extremely appreciable knowing that insurance doesn't take care of it most of the time. That way, helpers can have good dental care. Thank you very much for her.

โ โ โ โ โ sent my helper there as it got recommended to her to have specific FDW discounts. after all they massively overcharged for a simple filling. get their price list before you go there! they give a discount, but even with that it is still much more expensive than in any expat clinic.
to add to that my helper got reprimanded and treated very rudely by the dental assistant for not booking for a filling, which of course, she didn't know she needed before she went to her checkup.
the dental assistant apologized after much pressure and ongoing denial.
to give a complete feedback, the doctor was nice to my helper. I can't judge on the dental work done but will definitely send my helper elsewhere for the next treatment.

โ โ โ โ โ Sent my helper to get her tooth extracted. She asked the receptionist how much it was when she went in for her appointment, and was told it was going to be $40. They ushered her into get an x-ray, which they didn't explain (she had no idea what was happening because she hadn't gotten one before), and then she came out with a bill of $136 even with the 10% discount. She didn't even bring enough cash because she didn't expect it to be this expensive! This place does not seem transparent with their pricing and practices and took advantage of my helper for not knowing what to ask and when. Not pleased.
The only one star is because my helper said the staff was nice.
