Highly recommend Ofthebox, recently completed our resale HDB renovation project with them. We spent countless of hours prior with many different firms before deciding to go with Jay & Charmian. Our main reason of why we choose ofthebox, was definitely because they gave us lots of advice & guidance instead of agreeing to everything of what we have in mind. The end result exceeded our expectations, we are very happy with the quality of their work. Charmian and Jay professionalism & attention to detail was paramount to this project. Shanice was extremely responsive and open to our needs. She gave great solutions when we were stuck and also very fast to rectify when things went slightly off-plan. It's too bad we wont be moving for a long while, as we rather enjoyed our time working together. Thanks Shanice!

Ofthebox have just concluded the renovation of my apartment. I must say the final outcome far exceeds my expectations. My heartfelt appreciation to Charmian and Jay who have done a fantastic job. They very creative and professional, understands our needs and patient with my various last minute requests. Most importantly, the both of them very responsible and supervises personally on-site and kept me updated regularly on the progress whenever a new task was being carried out by sending us photos to keep us posted in the group chat. Their timely delivery of the project is commendable given the massive work involved. This is the 2nd time that my family and I have entrusted them with the renovation projects of our homes. Charmian and Jay were a delight to work with throughout the course of my 4-room HDB apartment’s renovations. They helped me visualize my ideas and were also up for a challenge when it came to a perculiar design choice I wanted for the common toilet. Ultimately, their professional recommendations resulted in a home that I enjoy coming back to everyday.

We got a chance to work with Charmian on our new home. She doesn't say yes to our suggestions for the sake of it. If it's feasible and she'll let us know. Great experience with ofthebox! They were very easy to communicate to throughout the entire time. They gave us ideas and options to choose from, explaining what might be better but also integrating the things that we want. They were extremely patient with us too as we did take some time with decision making and have always attended to queries efficiently. Truly love the outcome of the finished design! Had a great experience engaging Charmain with our renovation for our first home. She is always responsive to our numerous queries and assisted on any hick ups along the way and even after we move in! We met up with many Interior Designers and ofthebox was the 2nd ID that we met. Right from the start, Charmian our ID was very responsive with warm and friendly replies which made us feel like this is someone we can vibe with! Charmian was very professional and proactive by asking questions in regards to our daily routine and lifestyle. From there, she was able to make recommendations and thoughtful suggestions on some design feature that would be beneficial for us. We were easily impressed by how knowledgeable and enthusiastic she was to help us come up with a design that would suit our lifestyle. She also made sure that the design that she suggested would fit our budget too. She made it easy to be transparent with her if there were anything that was beyond our budget. If anything is too expensive, she would have an alternate solution that would help us save some money. We especially love that about her! Then we proceeded to meet other IDs because more choice is always better, right? (Maybe not in our case) Each time right after we stepped out of the showroom, my husband and I would look at each other and say, "Nah.... Charmian is better" Took us a few weeks before we decided that enough is enough. We were tired of meeting other IDs and repeating the same floorplan over and over again. None of them were as good as Charmian, what she had to offer and her quotation was waaaaaaay better than the others. Charmian is never tired of answering our questions. Always ready to clarify all of our doubts. We had a particular theme in mind and she nailed it when she showed us her 3D designs of our house. Excellent Listener? Check! ☑️ Of course, like every other situation in life there would be some hiccups along the way. Charmian was quick to rectify all the issues. She suggested some solutions and ALWAYS asked us first if we are okay with it before proceeding. She made us feel at ease whenever there are hiccups along the way. Trustworthy? Check! ☑️ She made sure to update us regularly about the renovation process with pictures and videos. stayed professional throughout the whole renovation process too. We love the final outcome. Our family and friends too. (Our friend even engaged her when they saw our house.) The quality is *Chef's kiss*. The carpentry is *Chef's Kiss*.
