★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their service is totally bad. I bought the omknee massage chair + neck and back massage chair during the 10.10 event. We were informed there was no stock for the neck and back massage at that moment and they will call us if the product is available. We keep waiting for weeks and no update from them at all. We checked with the sales girl and she only told us no stock with her black face.
We finally got the product after two months waiting.
Also, the omknee was broken not even in 2 months usage.
