β β β β β Chain restaurants know for their puffs. This branch is not as good as other ones that I've been to. The puffs are usually good here and are decently warm. The other products tend to sit around and are not very warm or fresh. This locations sometimes doesn't honor the promotions that are running.

β β β β β It's disappointing really.. previously the porridge and etc is ready for sale at 8.30am at Raffles City but now even when they cooked and most of the food is ready, they still say that its not ready and operating hours is now like 9am. If you're operating for breakfast items like porridge, I hope the operating hours can be slightly earlier as office hour starts at 8.30am.. and if you open at 9am, a lot of us can't get breakfast for old chang kee even if we wish to support. Sincerely hope the management of old chang kee can consider setting the operating hours slight earlier.

β β β β β Value for money and absolutely delicious ?. Recommend you ask for the set of what you want to eat , I did the congee for breakfast and it was amazing ?.
If you are taking the big bus tours do yourself a favor and get breakfast here before your tour
