โ โ โ โ โ Great service. Nice touch having a waiting area just outside the dining area. Food is great, sushi and sashimi were delicious. The chef also put up a good show, entertaining. Only issue is we had go back to the waiting area for our desserts because the second seating was beginning. A little weird. But overall good.

โ โ โ โ โ This probably one of d best sushi eating experience i ever had and i do love sushi ! And surprisingly for its quality, the price seems 2 b reasonable because I have been in a number of compatible sushi restaurants which the prices have been exorbitant yet canโt match Masaaki quality. The only let down is the dessert but even then still above average. Service was excellent and i particularly liked the seating arrangement which a bit unusual yet innovative. Highly recommended ??????????

โ โ โ โ โ Opened less than a year ago and has obtained such a good reputation. Hence requiring booking that is almost two months in advance. The quality definitely lived up to its reputation and the chef is really generous with the quality and quantity of the ingredients used. Worth the wait and worth the money!

โ โ โ โ โ Definitely the best tier 1 sushi restaurant in Singapore in terms of price to quality. Food was exquisite but its omakase still at a very reasonable price for its quality compared to its peers. Chef was very friendly and interactive. Highlight for me was the ankimo (monkfish liver) hand roll. It was cream and sweet. Chef Masaaki also added in pickled radish in to add another layer of texture to the handroll and also to keep it light on the palate. Sushi Masaaki is definitely one of my current favourite sushi restaurants in Singapore. Can't wait for my next visit. Although restaurant is still relatively new, it has already gained quite a following and hence advanced booking of at least 2 months is required.

โ โ โ โ โ Exceptional experience. Quality ingredients matched with perfect execution by Chefs Masaaki and Satoshi. Service is faultless with Timothy and team. A definite place to go if you want quality food, great service and interesting tableware (like the ebony wood chopsticks with silver and kagami crystal glasses).

Foods are great and chef are super friendly.
