Super Cuddles | Dog Boarding & Doggie Daycare - 71A Geylang Rd

It was my first time having my puppy-4mths old female shiba inu, to try on day care service provided by Super Cuddles. At first, i felt worry since the recent news of animal abuse that happened in one of the daycare just recently. However after a day trial with Super cuddles, i am convinced that my puppy is having a blast. Rosalind n husband are very compassionate towards dogs. From the video n photos updates, i can tell that my puppy is learning n at the same time, having a wonderful time. Mochi has issues with nipping n getting too excited towards strangers n new dog. Make her unlikeable to other dogs. So when meeting new people/dog, she will unintentionally scratches n nipping coz too excited. Furthermore, she’s a puppy so still poos n pees everywhere under a new environment. Rosalind is kind n patient enough helping to train her on these areas, i know its not easy to train a puppy so i am very thankful for that. Not only that, super cuddles has spacious premise for Mochi’s zoomies (or shiba 500) and the location just a stone throw away from my current office. Overal i am super satisfied n going to be long term customer. Me n husband wont have to worry to put mochi there coz we know she will be in a good hands, somemore got people to train her so its a plus plus for us. I will definitely recommend it to family/friends ?? Thanks Rosalind n husband, see u on the month of August.

SuperCuddles was referred to me by a long-time customer of theirs and now I would happily do the same. I like them because they love dogs, know dogs and provide them with a routine for daycare (& boarding) along with much-needed discipline & boundaries that give the dogs a safe & happy environment to be in. (And my one-year old mini-schnauzer is also completely knocked out when he comes back from daycare - he gets a good work-out there! ???)

Cupcake was at Super Cuddles while we traveled to UK in early July 2022. From time to time I got updates from Rosalind how Cupcake was doing and saw her photos. I saw Cupcake had plenty of exercise and played with other dogs all the time, looked super happy and contented. Rosalind also gave me tips on how to take care of Cupcake. The place is also very clean and safe for the dog. I will surely let Cupcake stay with Super Cuddles next time when I travel:)

We sent our hyperactive puppy, Mochi, to Super Cuddles for a trial with the intention of having someone looking after him, rather than him being alone (and bored) at home all day. I found the sign-up process a bit of a hassle; you'll need to provide vaccination certificate, dog license, and complete a sign-up form. On hindsight, I figured it was necessary to ensure that Mochi doesn't pose a threat/cause issues for the rest of the dogs. Just like how I wouldn't want other dogs to pose an issue for Mochi. When we got there, we noticed that the place is clean, airy, and ample space for Mochi's zoomies. What puzzled me at first was the lack of dogs, but it turns out that Ros and team actually kept the pack in a separate room (the kitchen) and introduced the pack to Mochi sequentially. Super professional! Mochi definitely had fun meeting new friends one after another. Eventually, Mochi was introduced to the entire pack (of 9 or 10). On the human side of things, Ros updated me with pictures and videos of Mochi throughout the day and it's so assuring to see that (i) he's having fun with the pack and (ii) he's safe and secure in the hands of Super Cuddles. Totally felt like a dad with a child at daycare. We're convinced that Mochi had a blast. Picture was taken when we got him home at the end of the day. He was absolutely worn out and slept for hours before he remembered that he needed food. Glad to know he had fun and could be integrated into the pack without major issues. It was a very pleasant first experience with Super Cuddles and it definitely won't be the last. Thanks Super Cuddles!

Our dachshund Tuna has always been looking forward to going to supercuddles. The personal and experienced team is amazing with all the dogs. We can’t recommend Rosalind and her team enough. We completely trust them for day care and boarding.
