β β β β β Just finished dinner here and was so impressed by the experience. The service offered by Kevin and Chef Shusuke was definitely the best Iβve experienced in Singapore. Each and every dish was delicious with beautiful presentation, but my personal favorites were the Gomadofo, Sumibiyaki, and Abalone Somen. The menu changes seasonally so I was glad to be able to try the fall menu before they transition to the new menu in a few days. Iβll definitely be back!

β β β β β Chef Shu is extremely talented especially for his age. Kevin's attention to every customer's needs was simply amazing, many other Michelin restaurants do not even offer such service and customer care. Lastly, food was very well balanced. Definitely a unique experience and one that I would recommend.

β β β β β Went there second time. Still the great taste, good presentation, and amazing hospitality. The chef is very kind to tailor the menu for the ingredient that we donβt eat. Some dish reminds me of the Autumn menu but different, which is great. I look forward to more surprises in the next menu.
