★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will surely recommend the shop. Shaun and Cassandra are amazing. We got our first puppy a golden retriever from Ireland through OMO OMO and Shaun took amazing care of the puppy for a week while training him and us on how to handle the puppy. All his suggestions were spot on and if any of our friends want to bring in a Golden retriever after seeing ours, we would surely suggest them to go with OMO OMO. His suggestion on the food for the puppy and how to set up the house has been super helpful. A big thank you to Shaun and Cassandra and OMO OMO pet shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommend omo omo! The shop environment is really clean and cozy and doesn’t have any dog smell unlike some other pet shops that i’ve been to. They also have a nice viewing room with a couch to play with the dogs. The staff is very informative and knowledgeable as well as they’re able to answer all the questions and doubts that i have. They also provided alot of tips and it was a great experience as a first time owner myself

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is extremely cozy and clean and the staff there really take hygiene very seriously. They ensured that I had my hands sanitised before interacting with the puppies. The staff were also very informative and were very willing with sharing more about the puppies and even other questions I had about being a first time owner. Really recommend OMO OMO if you want to look for a new puppy!

From first contacting them to find a puppy, they were very responsive and informative and they advised throughout the whole process.
They work with ethical breeders in Ireland that produce beautiful and healthy puppies and they follow all the health and safety procedures for the puppies' welfare.
Since collecting our puppy, OMO has reached out several times to help us source puppy accessories and food and to advise on puppy care and vet treatments.
Overall, OMO is an exceptional company and you can rest assured that you will be getting a healthy and beautiful puppy and a wonderful follow-up support service!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really grateful to the folks at Omo Omo Pet Shop. We bought our first pet, our first dog, a golden doodle breed. I have been to a couple of pet shops in Singapore but the standards at Omo Omo surpasses them by a mile.
The shop is maintained clean and smells great. The puppies are well groomed and looks very cheerful. The team at omo omo are truly empathetic towards the puppies.
Shaun was very patient in answering all our queries and even went above and beyond by following up after sales.
I highly recommend Omo Omo to anyone who is looking for a cute fur baby like us!

I gotten my Labrador Retriever from Omo Omo Pet Shop and has been the most pleasant experience I had. Couldn’t ask for better service and after-sales ?? Knowledgeable and genuine staff! I would highly recommend this pet shop to anyone looking to get a puppy. In my eyes this is the best pet shop in Singapore ?
