β β β β β Condo with 2 lap pools and 2 tennis courts! The bbq pits are also not the conventional charcoal type but the electrical grill type. Friendly and helpful security guards. Ample parking lots. Small but functional gym. Very conveniently located.

β β β β β Used to live here and only really moved for a bigger place with more room when we had a baby on the way. Best feature is the really big pool. The lap pool on the other side is nice too. Gym is a bit small for such a big condo. No MRT close by, but bus links are really good.

β β β β β Full facilities, fairly new and well maintained condo in the heart of Katong that is still within a friendly price point (compared to new launches and FH projects around the vicinity). Walking distance to i12 mall, parkway parade lots of cafes and eateries, ECP and future MRT stations.
