One Mouth noodle - 一口麵 - 51 Yishun Ave 11

Totally wished I could eat this entire bowl of Hong Kong-style ???? ???? ?????? ?????? in one mouth! ?⁣ ⁣ Did you know that the noodles at One Mouth Noodle/ 一口麵 are handmade? We really love how springy and firm these egg noodles are. They are coated with a light but savoury sauce that will bring out the eggy fragrance and make the noodles all the more slurp-worthy! If you are lucky, you can even get a glimpse of the chef making the signature noodles from scratch, kneading the dough from flour & eggs and then pulling into the noodles.⁣ ⁣ And who can say no to those tempting thick slices of BBQ Char Siew Pork? Nicely caramelised on the exterior, every slice was tender and tinged with a slight sweetness. The handmade wontons were pretty decent too, and we appreciate that the shrimp filling was fresh and crunchy! If anything, we can’t get enough of those wontons LOL. Craving for wanton mee, googled and found this store. Tried during a weekday morning. No Q. Wanton mee is their signature, small is SGD5 and big one is SGD6. The portion is decent. I like the char siew, is well marinated, lean meat to fats ratio suits me. Mee texture is good. Overall taste is good but i feel there can be abit more sauce. The wanton skin is abit thick but taste good. Mixed of pork n shrimp paste. Will eat again if im around.

Gave it a second chance. But really cmi. Noodle was overcooked and sloggy, taste was bland. ESPECIALLY the "soup". Portion was big though. *Didn't finish the food. Not because of the big portion but because the noodle really don't deserve to take up my stomach space. And I am not a fussy eater.. really.

Char siew nice noodles nice vegetables nice soup ok. Ordered the char siew wanton noodle and shrimp wanton soup. The shrimp wanton soup looks different from the photo as there’s no vegetables in it. Got epay.

Wanton mee 4 stars but the soup was 3 stars. I think missing the veg in the photo lol. Soup tastes like a bonito based one. Not so oily. Not so salty. Tastes healthy, but might be an acquired taste. Not the usual salty soup. Noodles are on the soft side. But very nice. Chashu is very very nice. Got ePay also. Wanted the dumplings but sold o ur at 12:4 on a Saturday. Must come earlier next time

The pieces of char siew looked enticing at first but tasted bland. Noodles were so thin. Almost like bee hoon. No springy texture. I only thought the wanton was nice. It had some prawns in it. I don’t see why it’s worth $5 a bowl though.

The wanton noodles here is very good. Only 4 stars because the soup flavour is not my type. Highlights: The noodles is handmade fresh daily. Very Q Q. The sauce used is a tad salty but overall flavourful. Char Siew. I will say that this is the winner here. There is an abundant amount and there is a nice charred flavour. Very good! Wan Ton 3 nice big and juicy. There are nice chunks of tasty and crunchy prawns too. Soup Ah.. this portion is a bit of a letdown. The taste of the fried cuttle fish is bit too overpowering for ny taste. Price Smallest portion is 5 dollars. I will say that it is reasonable considering the large amount of char siew and wanton given.

One of the best wanton noodles u can find in Singapore, a bit costly at $5 for the small version, which comes with 2 wanton, char siew and 3 full stalks of choy sum. The handmade noodles is very tangy, and the chat siew v fatty and soft, the soup is authentic HK style with a shrimp taste.
