Sydney Dental Clinic - 415 Yishun Ave 11

Called in to cancel my dental appointment.Even before I could state the reason to cancel the appointment and complete my sentence,she went like "okok we will cancel ur appointment and give it someone else".And she just hung up on me.Very rude receptionist.!

It was terrible. Frist I make a booking and then called up a day before the appointment. They say I dont have an appointment. What are they doing ? A few hr they tried to call me and say I do have an appointment. They are so screwed up.If you change your appointment more than two times , even if you inform them ahead , they considered that you didnt appear for appointment and they cannot make any more appointment anymore. I went for consultation and the dentist recommends an extraction. I ask him to go ahead but he refuses saying it was night time and he doesnt do any extraction at night. Also he wants to charge me $60 for an Xray and consulatation. What an idiot and a ripoff. $60 for nothing done . I will never go back again.I told him that I dont need the medicine. He says that If i dont want the medicine he will charge me consultation. He say no matter what he wants to charge me $60. What a very unethical dentist. Please dont go there . You will regret it.

It is a great pity that I can't award this sham of a clinic with no stars. Went for a checkup today as I had been having a toothache. I met with Dr Lee (Sydney BDS) to check on the teeth which were hurting. First, she shined the light directly into my eyes and did not provide me with goggles. Upon requesting goggles, she began calling me "Doctor Feng" mockingly, several times. She then used a machine to dry my teeth with jets of air. She continued to use it as a tool for pointing out the various fillings I had in my mouth. As my teeth felt sensitive, I requested that she use another instrument which would not hurt them (since she was only pointing fillings out to me and not doing anything medical). She, without any provocation, said angrily to me "Don't tell me how to treat my patients. I have been a dentist for many years. Don't tell me how to treat my patients." She switched to the metal pick and began to dig more energetically between my teeth than I felt was necessary. I feel that her treatment was entirely unwarranted and very unprofessional. It was an extremely uncomfortable experience for me and I do not ever plan to return. Overpriced $30 consultation fee for a 15 minute appointment with nothing whatsoever having been learnt about the cause of my toothache.

Reception are polite and friendly.Dentist is very knowledgeable and very gentle in handling patients.CHAS card can be use.Price is very reasonable. However I hope that the Owner can provide a better setting in clinic.

Horrible service by this dentist! When I called the reception last week I already informed I wanted to cleaning and also the need to check my root canal tooth. She said oki. I had to take half aday to just go down there as they only had 4pm slot left earliest! After going there the male dentist was super rude, First he said I need to take xray for my root canal tooth, I said oki. After 5 mins he took a look and said oh there seems to some issue that I can't do this need to refer to hospital. So I said oki fine than we go ahead with my cleaning and polishING at which he just said NO TIME COME ANOTHER DAY!!! Seriously for taking 1/2 day for 15 mins service of doing nothing and telling come another day! Really horrible attitude and service done by this clinic! For this 15 mins I had to waste $50 for nothing! But I took another opinion from another dentist nearby end up I had infection in my root canal and he immediately decided to treat it! Unlike Sydney dentist really regret wasting my time and going down there! And funny part he just gave a referral letter without making a appointment in the hospital.. So basically for $51 for juz telling he can't do anything!

Had teeth cleaned there end October. Notice tartar has formed mid-December. On appt date on 23/12, before I could say anything and before checking the problem whether it was plaque, a tartar or tooth decay, the lady dentist shoved her responsibility by mentioning that 2 months had passed since my last visit and it was my fault. How ridiculous!

Today , I called clinic to make appointment and since I have an issue to explain to the counter staff, shr called Dentist Dr Lee to talk to me. She gave me appointment for Monday with option...morning or afternoon. I asked her, is your dental.clinic will issue with mc if I come over on working hour. Her reply was.....we don sell MC !!! Oh my goodness....I get Mad over this statement....I told her ....I am.not asking you to sell MC! This is very sensative. Terrible attitude..! AS a doctor can talk like uneducated person. Never even want to know the reason why i asked her about mc. I will never go ... After I checked the review.....hahhaahaha.....I m.not the only one...

Agree on bad service. Erratic behavior displayed by female dentist.. sometimes very friendly sometimes very edgy..once knocked my head with the overhead lights at the dentist chair, without any apology. The second time I went when I told her the service was not good enough , she imm.jumped n hit the roof, shouting loudly she had been putting up with me for many years..when actually I visited her not more than 5 times. N it was only these few years. The overhead lights she she said I adjusted it myself, not her. Hello when I become the dentist ah??
