Probably the best dental clinic I have been to in my lifetime so far! Very professional and courteous. Dr.Julian is an amazing dentist, to me he's a master of perfection, I have never felt doing root canal, fixing a crown and getting fillings done would be such a comfortable experience. My fear of the dental tool drilling noise and the after pains that one usually experience’s after a procedure at a dental clinic have all vanished after being to this clinic, the whole experience was so smooth. Kudos to the doctor and the team. It is quite expensive no doubt but totally worth it!

One-north dental should be glad to have a passionate doctor like Julian For my case, I am pretty sensitive to the dentistry tools. Due to Julian patience, the entire scaling and polishing experience is smooth and painless Thank you once again

Lovely experience and excellent service! Dr Julian was very gentle and friendly, he was very thorough w my cleaning and polishing. He did a scan post cleaning too, incredible service! He also made it a point to keep checking in on me to make sure I wasn't feeling uncomfortable or in pain. The staff were also v attentive and asked if I wanted a blanket, also made conscious effort to make sure I was comfortable. Can't wait to be back in 6 months for my regular checkup, highly recommend one north dental to everyone! Thanks guys : )

This is a well equiped dental clinic. The doctor's consultation process is very detailed. He takes time to explains the causes of symptoms and treatment process in an engaging manner. Front desk staff are very friendly and helpful.?

I would like to thank Sarah, the receptionist, who was very attentive to my concerns. She managed to find me a slot today at very short notice. She's very welcoming and approachable. She tirelessly explained things to the smallest details. I commend the professionalism of Dr. Chong Chian Ee, for explaining everything in details and providing me an definitive diagnosis that I need. Her charming voice will ease out your apprehensions and fears. She explained her findings with the actual images of the teeth, making it easier to understand, especially for laymen. She also gave options and concisely discussed what are urgent treatments and non-urgent ones that I can do in other days. She allowed me to decided whether to proceed with the treatment recommendations. She isn't like other dentists who are obviously opportunists, who will suggest even the unnecessary treatments to earn money. The place is very cosy and relaxing too. I will recommend this dental clinic to everyone. A little pricy. However, quality comes with a cost. I won't mind paying more for a worth-the-money service.

Recently my daughter went for her dental treatment with Dr Julien at the One North Dental clinic. At the end of the general cleaning, Dr. Julien carried out the fluoride treatment. My daughter was shocked when she received the bill as she was slapped with an additional $50 for the fluoride treatment. This is an optional treatment and we would expect Dr. Julien to at least disclose the cost of this optional treatment and seek approval before he proceed. $50 is almost half the price of the general cleaning dental treatment. Anyway we never had this fluoride treatment with other dentists and I am not sure if indeed is absolutely necessary. But whatever, we expect the professional courtesy of a dentist to inform the patient that when it is an optional treatment and has a separate charge. I would like to thank the clinic for their immediate service recovery when they learnt about the experience we had. A very polite and professional Dr. Ong contacted me to get the details of what happened , and he took immediate action to refund us with the $50, plus GST. I appreciate the very prompt service recovery that was most professionally carried out.

My first visit today. I was thoroughly impressed. Service from desk to dentist was impeccable. 1) I made appointments which I had to cancel and reschedule, front desk was so polite and took initiative to reschedule with me. 2) dentist was conversant, unstingy with words. Not only did he explain teeth-related-things in layman terms, he also used words of encouragement. 3) technologies were good. First visit today, dentist did a scan/image capture basically a virtual 3D model of your teeth, I may be misrepresenting what the technology does but basically from a client perspective, it helps you see your teeth very clearly on a screen. 4) price wise-- my first time doing such a treatment so I think the price is fair -- can't comment per se. Such a gem in the West!

Doctor Julian explain every step and the decision he will takes...which helps me to feel comfortable. The place is super clean and nice. Price is on the higher spectrum...but its worth.
