My staff approached Evergreen Stationary to help with a simple, straightforward printing request - to print a page double-sided in color and laminate with plastic. This was to be used for an important meeting later. Having purchased stationary from them before, we had a generally good impression of the store as they stock a variety of high-quality goods. You can imagine our shock when the print was developed. An obvious print defect (i.e. a white line cutting across the page) was present on the pages. Naturally we assumed it was an honest error and requested a reprint, only to be told by the store assistant that it would not be possible and in her words : "It's a problem with the printer, so we can't reprint this". We can appreciate the technical fault, and requested a refund for the print that proved to be unusable - it was only a dollar after all. The staff got defensive in tone and refused to refund us eventhough the output was clearly (and admittedly) defective due to no fault of ours. She began using an argumentative tone and my amiable employee simply acceded to the fact that we paid for a defective product. I am shocked by the principle of how this was handled. This will be the first and the last time we approach them for services (or lack thereof). In our trade, we deal with printers on a regular basis from singular orders to larger ones with hundreds of pages - the fact that they could not offer a service recovery for a single mistake made is clearly indicative of how much they value customers. Print at your own risk.

Old school stationery store in a business building. Great for last minute cable, charger, receipt books or marker purchases. Staff have always been generally helpful when I've asked for it. Not the cheapest prices, but so useful to have around.

Really well stocked stationery store - excellent selection of the usual pens and markers, and also more exotic items like chalk markers and poster boards. There are other misc office stationery like desk organizers, folders. Friendly and knowledgeable staff who are a pleasure to interact with.

I would like to mention and highlight one of your amazing staff.Her name is Poh Choo,she's very intensive and serve with all her heart and soul .Do hope that your company will cherish such a good staff. I had been there to purchase my staffs items from this branch few times and would like to visit this branch again in the near future. Do keep up your good work !!Poh Choo!!???

One of the best stationary shops in the neighbourhood and my preferred Evergreen branches thanks to the Chinese lady staff who works here. She is such a great asset as she goes above and beyond when it comes to helping me out with the printing services. She’s efficient, fast and very friendly too!
