Came by to book an appointment for teeth cleaning. One week later I came on the scheduled appointment time. I was on time and I sat in the clinic, periodically asking multiple times when is it gonna be my turn as I have to pick my kid from her class at a certain time. After long 45 mins wait, I gave up waiting and rescheduled my appointment to another day instead. Few days later they called and said the machine is going on maintenance on the appointment date that I chose, so I have to reschedule again. Sure that's fine with me. But on the latest scheduled appointment, I waited for 20mins again, only to have the staff telling me later that the dentist is Still working on someone and I cannot have my teeth cleaned on that day (seriously...then what's the point of me making an appointment then?) the staff then asked to take some pictures of my teeth/mouth for the dentist to review and get back to me. Guess what, till this day, no calls or reviews has ever been made. What a waste of my time. Unbelievable and ridiculous. Such a terrible experience. 3 wasted trips to the dental clinic despite scheduled appointment. ?????

I have been frequenting this dental clinic for the past few years for regular checkup and cleaning. Recently, I also remade my retainers here and underwent a root canal treatment. Prices are fair, open and transparent. This is by far the only dental clinic where I’m able to feel at ease, knowing that I’m in good hands. The small touches of having cozy decor and light classical music in the background makes me feel very much at home, as opposed to a scary dental clinic that everyone dislikes. I have also never felt like any treatment was rushed through, even when I may have exceeded my time slot, Dr Lee ensures that proper care and treatment is followed through. For this very reason, it may cause delays in subsequent appointment times. Frustrating, yes, so it’s definitely something that can be improved. They are not the most responsive (be it in terms of email / missed calls / texts), so if you’re in a hurry, this place is definitely not for you.

I’m so satisfied and happy with my results for my braces ? I had insecurities smiling with my teeth before but I’m smiling confidently now since i got my teeth fixed with dentalstreet clinic ? You will never regret visiting here ?
