ONE°15 Marina Sentosa Cove, Singapore

Great area to stay at with the nice marina view and restaurants and bars all around. Shuttle bus from vivo was on time, there's also free sentosa bus (service B) right next to the hotel. Our marina-view room was relatively clean and well maintained, the sunken bathtub and shower however, may be a safety hazard for the young and elderly. The toilet bowl was also very uncomfortable. Called recpetion to ask for some items like vanity kit and comb but they never arrived. Was woken up at 6.30am in the morning by some fitness class happening in the ooen space next to the hotel.

Marina thinks too highly of itself. Visited with 4 different boats, staff were rude and ignorant towards my captains. Marina staff are the worst amongst the 6 marinas in Singapore I have been to. Not accessible, not reasonable and definitely not worth anyone's time. Place needs a change of management. Even issue stolen bike for employee use? "Asia's finest Marina"

Service is impeccable. Too bad I wasn't able to fully enjoy the yacht experience as I was too busy being violently seasick. The crew gave me sea sickness pills and soda which helped, but I'm just physically unfortunate. Will definitely return again though.

The staycation was smooth and pleasant. Hotel staffs were polite and attentive. The room was clean and had a nice view of the sea. Room service came promptly and was yummy. On our second day, we woke up late for the breakfast buffet and was told that the kitchen had closed upon reaching. However, the staffs were very kind to still let us in and have our breakfast just as we were about to leave from embarrassment. Haha. Overall, a pleasant and fun staycation experience by One15 Marina!

Went for a yatch trip to Lazarus from here. Very impressed to how it have grown over the years. They even have ferry trips now going to the southern islands. Great place to have a walk at even if you're not going on any boat trips. The parked jet skis attract me the most and one of the main reasons why I'm taking my ppcdl now. Great place to bring the kids and introduce them to how the super rich lives.

When I asked for an early check-in/late checkout, I was told that it is subject to availability and that I should check with the hotel again on the day of arrival. So I was at vivo, trying to get directions from reception. I called ten times and received no response. I had to stay another 30 minutes to get directions. When we arrived at 330pm, I requested a later check out (due to our late arrival), but it was denied and I was advised to wait another 15 minutes for an outcome. It was till I expressed my discontent that a lady consented to a check-out time of 1pm. When we entered the room, there were dirt stains on the floor; I tried wiping them away with a moist cloth, but they were not recoverable. The coffee table is filthy since it was not thoroughly cleaned. And the $100 deposit.... we were not informed that the hotel does not have that machine for fast return, and we were not informed that if we paid with a debit card, we would have to wait one month for that refund to process. This hotel lacked communication; if they informed guests, there would be less miscommunication. A five-star hotel should have some kind of standard, which they unfortunately do not have.

One of the best places to *get away* in Singapore. Nice view and a good vibe all around. You can rent a ⛵ to get out from Singapore for a little while You can take a walk around the bay. It's full of eateries and bars. It's a very Instagramble place as well. Food is nice and service usually quite alright too. Cheers

Super excellent place for staycation. The hotel is clean, comfortable and located at Sentosa Cove. The balcony overlooks the harbour and yacht! There is a swimming pool on the ground floor and a counter where you can rent a bicycle. The staff were helpful and courteous. Even though our check in was delayed till 3.20pm due to "room not ready", we are still happy. The surroundings have many restaurants, Cold Storage, 7/11 and Jason's. Thank you for the 'Birthday Chocolate'!
