Village Hotel Sentosa

This place is great for kids. We had an amazing stay here with our 2 under 2. I was simply blown away by how helpful and friendly the staff were. Lots of yummy food options. Great pool areas for kids and adults. The room sizes are a little tight, but again, perfect for kids with the family rooms . They provide all the essentials for babies and kids, A really well thought out hotel and reasonably priced too! Will definitely be coming back with more family and friends.

Room was clean and cozy. Meals provided were quite bland but were probably catered by external caterer contracted by MOH. Stuff delivered to the front desk for me in the room took some effort to be traced. I think it’s operating procedures not tighten yet.

Stayed here during quarantine order, rooms are pretty small and non-conducive for work/studies. Also not a fan of the management grouping 2 strangers together in one room. Makes it even more stressful.

Good class hotel for its criteria. Room was clean and cozy. The rooms have no wardrobe. No table and chairs. No closet to hang clothes Presently serve as quarantine hotel. Security staff friendly and helpful.

Long queue. Takes 2 hrs to check in. Paid for seaview room but after 2 hrs discover they gave me a twin sharing. Went down to change to double, end up they gave me a very small room. Gave complimentary breakfast which I don’t like. Restrict my choice of breakfast. Small pool only for kids. Big pool only for adults. My kid wanted to swim but only restricted to small pool. 1st night told manager about unhappiness of room. Said will check and call back but never did. Poor service. Don’t ever come here with kid. You will be disappointed. Really spoilt my weekend.

Front Side looking very nice , i love this .the hotel inside or outside environment are very good . Hotel management Team also very good .there behaviours also so good.

Spent 8 nights here on govt's isolation order. One should not expect having a large room to oneself under the latest practices, but appreciate how VHS fulfills essential needs. Personally think the room layout is cosy, with separate bath and toilet, as well as a sliding door between the vanity/wet area and the bed area, granting more privacy to co-sharing strangers. The TV is also one of the largest I have seen in local hotels, and of a newer model which comes with YouTube, Spotify, and screen casting function etc., has plenty of cable channels too. Staff are very nice and helpful, you can always request for supplies and even things like a stool which was not originally in the room. I had left a device behind after discharge and they managed to retrieve it for me and I could collect it back without any fuss, so big thanks to the VHS team. Only cons would be the self-changing aircon temperature and unvaried food provided which was mixed veg and rice for almost every lunch and dinner, but staff has been very accommodating, so if you don't want the food, simply call in advance to omit and avoid wastage. Believe that the hotel will be a great and affordable option on Sentosa island for regular stays, and not forgetting the bed - love it!

stayed here 2d/1n for quarantine before being transferred to another site. comfy & clean, good soundproofing, wifi, cable TV provided. Requested veg food was good & timing was ideal compared to second site. staff were polite & responsive too.
