The staffs are friendly and will remind u on your appointment. Dr Lim is nice and friendly during the process. Will come here again for our next routine appointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chose this clinic because of the higher number of reviews and ratings relative to nearby clinics and boy I wasn’t disappointed. In fact if there’s a 6 star option I would have given this 6 stars.
Brought my 6 year old kid to check out on a loose baby tooth that turned dark over yesterday. Really awesome dentist (lady) together with 2 assistants. Since my kid said the tooth hurts, dentist recommended we give anesthesia first prior to extraction. To a kid, anesthesia = injection = scared.... the reason for this 5 star is because of the dentist’s care and empathy to patiently explain the procedures in a manner than a 6 year old can comprehend before taking action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went 3 times to The Dental Gallery previously. Dr Lim Wan Ying was the dentist that attended to me twice. Very pleasant experience. She does a thorough job on scaling & polishing. She puts in the effort & time to ensure I have a clean and bright smile. I enjoy that she does it painlessly and is always courteous to ensuring I have the best patient-cantered care. My treatment takes around 35-45 mins due to the deep cleaning of my teeth since I do smoke. Prices aren’t expensive and very affordable for the overall service delivery and patient care delivered. Overall, best dental experience I’ve had across Singapore. Thanks Dr Lim & team at The Dental Gallery.

But recently I enquired a question regarding my upcoming appointment with Dr Lim via Whatsapp, I think my question was being misunderstood and I was ignored for few days.
Sucks to feel ignored by a place where you intended to pay for their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this clinic because of a toothache that kept me up all night. Thankfully they managed to squeeze in an appointment for me with Dr Jolyn Ho. She was extremely patient and gentle. Explained everything to me step by step which managed to make me feel more at ease. Didn’t even feel a thing throughout my time there. No swelling or pain the next day too. Will definitely recommend Dr Ho and I’ll be back again for my checkups!
