Cute old couple diligent at their craft.
Char Siew looks dry but quite tasty and soft.
Soup is light, wanton is alright.
But how do I describe the noodles.
There isn't much stalls that have this texture anymore.
It's fabulous, a bit hard and chewy. But it's meant to be this way. And the sauce that matches it is excellent. Reminds me of the old kok Kee wanton Mee but it has its own special taste. At 3 dollars, it's definitely a must eat.
And it fits my motto for noodles.
If the noodles get stuck somewhere in your teeth after the meal, it's definitely good noodles.
