โ โ โ โ โ We love coming back to the OPSA! This time, we will be staying for 40+ days! We usually book #10-09 because of its huge lanai. The unit comes with a washer/dryer which is really essential now during Covid. Small but fully equipped kitchen is convenient for warming up leftovers and preparing simple meals. Love love love it's central location on Orchard Road and close to public transportation. Lastly, huge Mahalo to the staff and managers at OPSA for hosing us at the property during a challenging time with changing government regulations. Stay safe and healthy with OPSA!!

โ โ โ โ โ The room is provided with cleanliness, big cupboards, a high quality television, first class washing machine, a clean bathroom with bath tub and shower. The room is also very spacious to live in. The kitchen provides you with refrigerators and utensils needed. The beds available in the room are very big and good to relax. From the top of the frosted windows we can see a great view of the Orchard road.

โ โ โ โ โ Why is this hotel still operating? Everything is too old to function. Sink is always clogged. Faucet about to come off. Not cleaned well, dust everywhere.

โ โ โ โ โ The apartments environment looks rundown as it's an old building, but once you enter the room, it's a different story. The room is very adequate and far better than the shn facility at park Royal. The alternate day service is unobtrusive. The owners are very thoughtful, even providing an umbrella for rainy Singapore. It's very good value for money. Look forward to staying here again.

They should provide a little more kitchen accessories, crockery..
And a little big bed because your king size is like our queen size... a couple with baby cannot sleep comfortably.
