I stayed at my partner's guest whilst he was on business. The location is fantastic, close to do many things. The staff are incredible, polite and so genuinely friendly. The cleaners kept the place immaculate. Offering a free airport shuttle too. This is a great choice! The hotel has a hydrotherapy and steam room. The massage chairs are a nice touch too.

Room smaller than expected. No curtains or blinds for glass walls can be seen by other guests in the sitting area if lights are turned on.

Serviced Suites conveniently located at neighbourhood of famous Orchard Road among luxurious shopping restaurants hotels resorts and convention centres within walking distance to Somerset MRT next to popular shopping malls including H&M Orchard Central Triple One Somerset 313 Somerset Hotel Jins Orchardgateway SCAPE Somerset Skate Park Midpoint Orchard and Cineleisure Orchard with plenty of dinning shopping banking supermarkets groceries sundries Electric Electronic telecommunication postage services household products cinemas entertainments and amenities nearby. Love the basement dinning shopping with well decorated spacious lounge aircond relaxing atmosphere and comfortable seating. Varieties of local and International freshly prepared food with healthy ingredients tender loving skillful cooking and warm services. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students expats locals visitors and families.

My family enjoyed the stay at Pan Pacific serviced suites (orchard) very much. Right from the start, the senior sales manager (Veron) attended to me promptly and with the utmost professionalism. The room is stylish and spacious. Love the variety of breakfast on the daily basis. The common living room is huge and very comfortable. The reception staffs are friendly and attentive. And they even allowed an extension of stay upon request. Best staycation experience you can get. The location is great too, literally next to the mall.

Great serviced apartment. Kitchen is well stocked, daily cleaning service, great gym and breakfast lounge. Hydro spa and massage chairs are definitely a big plus!

My family and I stayed in 2 rooms here for 7 days. We had such a lovely time here- from the attentiveness of the staff to the well designed accommodations. This is most definitely one of the best places I have stayed in, even better than staying at Marina Bay Sands etc. We had airport transfers to and from the hotel which was seamless.The morning breakfast and the staff in the morning made it memorable. The front desk also very responsive for any of our needs. Overall one of the best accommodations I have ever stayed at.

Everything you would wish for in a 5 star service apartment for my 10 day stay there. Well-furnished rooms, excellent gym, pool and steam room facilities, very attentive and pleasant staff (big shout out to Aidah who was very helpful and warm despite this being the fasting month of Ramadan). Accommodated my parking requests, rooms made up promptly. I have stayed in many service apartments in SG but this is really up there as one of the best. Well done to the management and service team for all their efforts. Truly world class.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 6 weeks stay in Pan Pacific Serviced Apartments Orchard. It is very central being just 5 minutes walk to all the premier shopping malls. The rooms are well fitted out and are very clean. Bed linen is changed every 4 days. The facilities are excellent. The service from the staff is outstanding especially Alyson and Tharra on Reception have been wonderfully friendly and very helpful. We have booked again for next year.
