Orchard Scotts Dental: Clear Aligner (Invisalign) and Aesthetics & Implant Centre

I just completed my Invisalign journey, I'm someone who scared to visit the dentist since young, but Orchard Scotts Dental literally change me, Dr. Jerry & his team are super gentle, friendly & professional. I have a smooth & surprise experiences for my Invisalign journey, after about 4 months, I can see my teeth is almost all straighten out, this is so amazing! I thought it would have to take longer time as I have protruding & crooked teeth. Truly appreciated Dr. Jerry patience & how he care to the small details, now I can finally smile with confidence! ;D He will also make sure I have a healthy oral not only focus on straighten my teeth. I would like to thank Dr. Jerry Lim, Dr. Leroy, Eumi & hygienist (didn't manage to catch her name) who help me get throughout this journey. I am glad I made the decision to choose Dr. Jerry Lim at Orchard Scotts Dental for my Invisalign. Highly recommend if you considering Invisalign, you will be rest assured you're in the good hands!

5 stars from the very start, with Joreen being very prompt and helpful in answering my questions and securing appointment suitable to my schedule. When I reached, Layla was the treatment consultant assigned to me, so incredibly patient and reassuring with me throughout my stay, understanding that I had hearing issues, she wrote down what she needed to say during my entire visit and making sure I was comfortable. Hardly see this kind of service before, next level. Last but not least, was Dr Jerry Lim. Dr Jerry was so patient in answering my questions and doubts, took time to explain my issues and coming up with a suitable treatment for me. Spotted other problems that my previous dentists didn't. Thank you so much, Dr Jerry! Really didn't feel uncomfortable at all or brushed off in any way, actually look forward to my next visits. Only regret is not getting to know about this clinic sooner.

I'm absolutely happy with the result after only roughly 7 month. The journey was fantastic. I always felt being in best hands with Dr. Kenneth Goh and everything was well taken care of! I did my veneers with Dr Leroy and I’m so blown away by how pretty my teeth and my smile looks now ? I really appreciate how the design of the veneers are customised according to your facial structure , the way your lips curl when you smile etc. Dr Leroy was very skilful and made the entire procedure so comfortable that I actually managed to fall asleep while it was being done. Lina the dental consultant is always very cheerful and friendly. She was very responsive and efficient in handling my enquiries and helping me arrange all my appointments according to my schedule. She was also very knowledgeable having undergone the veneer procedure herself and I was convinced after seeing how nice her teeth looked. I really appreciate how much effort was placed into customer service. The little things like offering you a scented eye mask to keep your eyes covered during teeth cleaning and letting you choose the flavour of the paste used to clean your teeth made the entire visit feel a little more special and less intimidating. The dental assistants were also very kind and reassuring, patting you on the shoulder during the more uncomfortable bits of the procedure. No regrets entrusting my teeth to this clinic!

My entire Invisalign journey was smooth sailing thanks to Dr. Kenneth Goh and the wonderful nurses at Orchard Scotts Dental. I’m greeted with big smiles during every visit, which makes dental visits a lot less scary. Their dental and customer services are definitely top-notch. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone! I went to Dr Jerry Lim after considering 2 other practitioners. Although his conclusion was the same as theirs, i.e. I needed to extract my tooth, his additional input and comprehensive advice on all the future steps and why the extraction needed to be done was precisely explained and very clearly laid out - it was the first time I didn’t feel anxious, nervous and fully understood my condition. He also managed my expectations on why extraction for my tooth that’s been split presents a small chance of complication. But given that he understood this, I felt he had an aura of confidence that he will thus take extra care to avoid that complication. True enough, I decided to wait a few weeks for the extraction, and despite reading so many horror stories about extraction, I have never felt a more painless anaesthesia and the tooth extraction was so quick it was over within a minute or two! When I saw my tooth and how completely split it was, I realised it could have been more complicated. I could eat normally within 2 hours although I opted to play safe and eat softer, soupy stuff. The very next day, I’m back to normal with zero pain up till now. Dr Jerry has given me the confidence that visiting the dentist is not a stressful thing and I am feeling better after this. Had a great experience with my cleaning and check-up. I am usually very anxious when visiting dentists, but the professional and kind staff at Orchard Scotts Dental (OSD) made my visit very pleasant. Dr Leroy was very patient in asking my concern and explaining the recommended treatments. He was very thorough when working with my teeth, always explaining what he's about to do and that made me feel at ease. The hygienist at OSD was very kind and extremely meticulous. I feel like having a new set of teeth after they thoroughly cleaned and polished my teeth that were heavily stained with coffee.

I visited this dental clinic on 7 May 22 for teeth straightening consultation. All I can say their customer experience is top notch. Super transparent in pricing, super friendly and smooth process. I really enjoyed the visit and Lina and Dr Kenneth Goh explained clearly on my treatment plan and cost incurred. The consultation fee is very reasonable and digital image of my teeth was given to me too. No hard selling and very professional service. I will visit them for other dental treatment going forward.
