★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is very friendly. The clinic is clean, creating a relaxing atmosphere. And my skin feels considerably better after the facial provided. More even skin tone, smaller pores, and much smoother. But be prepared for unexpected charges. Creating distrust with the client. Not the best business practices. As seen in low retention rate with clients, requiring businesses to sell “packages” to force customers to come back. A technique they will continue to see not work. I’ll be glad to never see a dermatologist with a calculator again! Seriously the calculator as a selling technique is absolutely hilarious. I recommend updating the marketing department out of the dark ages of using an abacus to sell, and get yourself a digital marketer. ?

My husband and I have been going to Healthspring for treatments and facials with Dr Soh for many years and we are very appreciative of the meticulous care provided. There is no hard selling of treatments or products. Dr Soh and her team will only recommend treatments based on our needs and they have been very careful and gentle when managing our sensitive skins. Kudos to Dr Soh and her great team.

After the consultation with doctor, i signed up for a treatment plan which consist of co2 laser , infini and rejuran. I'm on my third visit and already notice a great improvement on my skin. i wish there were more seatings & entertainment in the waiting area though....
