-treatment duration is VERY LONG (over 5 years)
-Huge fee chunk is paid up front, ON TOP of monthly adjustment costs. VERY expensive, I paid over 14 grand in total.
-the orthodontist (Dr. Lien) cannot tell the truth about the treatment outcome
-stubbornly refuses to communicate on treatment details
I would rate this clinic a negative 10 if possible. DO NOT COME HERE, IT IS HAZARDOUS.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very organized. Dr Soh’s appointments are always on time so it’s better to go early. If you’re (too) late they might not take you for the benefit of other patients who are on time which in my opinion is very reasonable. Also able to fix teeth without extraction which is a huge plus.
