★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased the anti-frizz keratin treatment through Fave. When I reached there on Monday afternoon, John & Wendy warmly welcomed me. John patiently shared his opinion and gave me some options on what to be done to maximise my keratine treatment. He was not pushy and let me make my own choice. His haircut result was remarkable. I love it. Wendy herself also made me comfortable through her friendly manner and skillful head massage when she washed my hair. The only thing that they can improve was to update the product info in Fave. No notification was given that the CNY surcharge has been increased from 5 sgd to 10 sgd. I hope that they can quickly update it by now in order to be fair to other potential customers. Overall I have had a good experience there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn't satisfied with my volume rebonding. Apparently, "volume rebonding" and "rebonding" was pretty much the same to them.
Additionally, there were kinks forming in my hair within one-two days, and some of my hair seemed out of place as it was not properly straightened. Overall, I felt that the process was pretty rushed, as they were too busy attending to other customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Searched for organic hair dye and this shop came up. They use a brand of dye from Denmark. It didn’t leave a bad smell and the results looked like normal hair colour. The service was friendly. They do roots touch up really well, matching original hair colour well.

They were friendly and paid attention to details to ensure that I achieved the look that I requested. Worth a visit! They are located in Duo Galleria, many might not know where they are but it’s generally a central location if you wish to get your hair done in town.

Upon request, they accommodated a second appointment with no extra charges to darken it to the perfect shade of red I was comfortable with. A huge thank you!

Update:2022 June this I went for hair Color and highlights , they charge $225 and the service was okay and last time they put hair steam and this time not . Idk what’s the reason I forgot to ask them anyway.
