★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have transferred the services from Jurong Point to Causeway Point a few years back and Jo and Joey was the one attended to me. Initially, I did not go for treatment regularly but after getting to know them more, I brought my daughter along with me now. Best part is that we are getting hair cut by Evelyn. Her skills is good. Thumbs up for the good services and friendly staff.

I have confidence on her skills and she understand what is my need. And the way she style it! Awesome! Double thumbs up! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to Oriental Causeway Point for my hair treatments for the past many years and am satisfied with the service and value of the treatments. My current consultant, Jo, understands my hair and my expectations well, thus does not hard sell (this is usually the most irritating part of most service industry) and I trust her to give me the best advice on my hair issues. Jo, along with Evelyn and Joey, always make me feel welcomed and comfortable with their lame jokes and small gestures. For example, giving me a towel blanket to cover my legs when it gets cold during the treatment or giving me an extra powerful head massage when I had headache after work. Also, thanks to Evelyn, I have tried various hair cuts and am able to keep my hair not only healthy but neat and nice. Keep up the good work!

At first, I know this branch is because Karen contacted me and introduce me come since I got hair issue.
My current consultant Joey, knows my hair issue very well and patient to explain my hair problem and lets my hair have a better treat.
I feel this place comfortable and clean.
I will recommend my friend to come for it.
