Visited on Saturday. Condescending, rude and forceful sales agent who claims he is also in charge of sales and marketing at the corporate office. Explained everything to us as if we were 3 years old (Do you know what is AI? For your information AI is ..... Do you know what are silicon rollers? Have you seen them before? You have? Where? For your information I am also in charge of sales and marketing at corporate office) He was also comparing everything to OSIM and constantly putting the brand down. If your product is good enough and better, it'll speak for itself. Service at OSIM was much better. We were comfortable there and had space to make our own decisions and experience the massage chair. At Ogawa, all we can recall was the constant yabbering of the sales person - whom may I add speaks extremely bad English. Will never visit this outlet again.

Had a pleasant purchasing experience with Ben, who took me through each model of chair on display. Good knowledge, including specs and prices of the competition.

I've more or less made up my mind I wanted the omknee 2. Yesterday 12 may 2022, I went to JEWEL n passed by ogawa flagship store. Had a very disappointing experience over there. Tried out the pdt, I'm not sure if it's me but the trial was rather painful. The sales person said it was just me, having alot of toxins. What do I know. Just agree. Salesperson don't seem to be interested in serving me, he operated the machine, n hurried back to his desk to look at phone, I asked another question, he went back again to look at hp. Another salesman Ben same branch quote me a diff price range. Both went to a corner n discussed I guess. I left. My aunt told me that she had a wonderful experience with Mr Alsteve Lim. So I went today, 13 may.. True enough, he was polite and gentle. He took his time to go thru the modes and the different positions it can do. He even entertain my hyper active son n let him sat on one of the chairs n he enjoyed it. I bought the item. I was being an aunty trying to bargain my way thru but he was so patient and wasn't even angry. JEWEL BRANCH just shrug shoulders. Like too bad no discount. Had a disposable shoes on, n I ask if the store has bin, he said no. Geez! I'm glad I went to Century Square. I will be back Mr Lim. I really appreciate your time. Cant wait to try it. Gg to get my mum one too. Will be seeing u soon
