It's items with simplistic design, no frills on the shoes that interfere stylistically & above all, comfortable on the foot. Handmade shoes are not common nowadays & you can really feel the difference. It's always honourable with companies that prioritise comfort & style - at an affordable price point. I bought a pair of yellow shoes, a happy colour & design that's like pure sunshine on the feet. My husband went back & bought a black pair. Very happy with the service, an easily accessible & interested young lady who really wanted to help & came up with suggestions & picked out different sizes & options. Can warmly recommend both assortment & staff.

Commune kindly allowed the change and the staff on the job that day was accommodative, which I greatly appreciated. However, there was a slight defect with the pair I picked - one side was almost a size bigger than the other. Commune allegedly brought in another pair but there was no difference. While I was ready to accept and eventually did, I asked a few questions about the pair on hand and it didn’t sit well with another staff on the job. She was curt and impatient. While the overall experience was good, the final visit was a put off - there was no need to be unkind in any circumstance.

Wanted to buy one pair but ended up buying 4 pairs. Very comfortable and I wear it daily. Very pleased with the find and the purchase. The staffs are very patient, accommodating and kind. This brand has a lot of potential with their quality products.
t	t Y on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 3 pairs of sandals during covid period a year ago (Jan 2021) at 70 bucks per pair A year in, all 3 pairs of sandals have frayed for the threading on both straps and sole for all 3 pairs Reached out to communewear and they passed me a leather care instruction however it seems it isn’t a leather issue but a poor craftsmanship issue as the thread is coming out after a year.. (for one of the pairs I actually returned it 30 days in because the sole came off) *update from Commune Wear: thread coming off is due to wear and tear Whilst I really appreciate the teams help to diagnose this - there was no resolution to the issue except to purchase another pair at their new price range ($120 per pair) Despite the unpleasant after-sales customer experience and also the quick wear & tear, I am unable to find another brand in Singapore that has the simple design that I like as well as the comfort (soles are really comfy it’s like walking on padded floor). As such, unfortunately, I will have to replace my existing pair with them
