Am a customer of osn since they launched 5 years ago with their first wildflowers kimono top. Have been reducing my purchases as the quality really don’t match up with the price point and some designs are utterly frumpy . Have been to the store at chip bee and the first time stumbling by this store . It’s beautiful - the spaciousness , Japandi decor , vibes just brings up the mood for purchasing . Had a lovely experience shopping( no crowd , no waiting , speedy assistance ) only to realize both stores are very crowded nowadays with queue systems and all in place . This is a super hyped up brand , but it is a very feel good brand too . Do yourself a favor and don’t rush for a new collections blindly , there’re many other moments to relish the offerings in a comfortable set up .

Went to use my credits from CNY. Great shop deco. Nothing beats better than trying out the clothes. Staff are really nice today the two ladies taking care of the changing room (27 Feb 22). Thank you both so much.

One of the worst shopping experience, online and in-store. It was impossible to purchase anything online from the new collection the day it was launched because it was sold out in mere seconds. I was in the midst of moving onto the payment page when I was faced with an error message saying it’s no longer available - a few seconds after adding it to cart. I think there should be a system where by the item is reserved for a fixed duration as long as it is added to cart, so as to allow for secure checkout??? The store experience the following day was worse. Swung by at noon during my lunch break and was told to leave my contact details as there was a 2 hour wait. No text came until FIVE hours later. By the time I got back to the store in the evening after work, I was told to wait again as many others had missed their turn and were in the same situation. There was no proper queue system in place - names and contact details were scribbled in different notebooks and there was no way the staff could have keep track of who came first. I managed to enter the store eventually but there were very limited pieces and sizes to try on. The staff also appeared to be overwhelmed by the crowd and it was difficult to seek assistance. I left empty-handed. TLDR: Don’t waste your time coming down the day a collection is launched.

Second branch for the local brand, Our Second Nature. It just opened in Dec 2021. They extended products range from men, women and kids clothing to other items as well (home wares, rugs, umbrellas, etc). Due to covid, they only allow a limited number of visitors in the store, so you might need to get a queue number and return later!
