Croffles are super crunchy and delicious. The icecream is really nice too. The strawberry cheesecake flavor was unique and really yumz! The picture features a croffle with sesame and cookies and cream ice cream.

I want to say that honestly overscoop was once go-to place for me and my bf but what was once a sweet place, left me with a sour taste in my mouth instead. First time visited at night on 27 May 2022 at 2245 hrs. I checked on goggle operating hours before heading over as it is late at night, now I understand Google can be inaccurate with operating hours, however even the window states shop closes at 11.30pm. The youngest lady, kindly ask me what i like to order. I ordered waffle with English Earl Grey. The youngest lady wrote down my order and i saw it clearly. However, the senior staff or in charge had a long pause and whispered to the younger lady before they could key my order. Senior staff Abruptly telling me that i could order but i had to finish fast as they were closing, with an attitude that frankly couldnt be bothered. Mentioning something about already sweeping and cleaning the store. Now I understand trying to finish quickly and heading home as my bf has been in the FnB industry for a long time but that is not an excuse to dishonor their own operation hours. Tired, disappointed and quite honestly disheartened by such a thing, knowing full well it takes 3 minutes on a good waffle iron, 10 mins at best for a lowgrade one, we had ample time to finish up before 11.30pm. Don't get us wrong, Overscoop often times served us well and their selections have never been bland, however this one sole engagement brought us an unpleasant experience, making us want to search elsewhere to get our waffle fix. There was no apology from the senior staff, no explanation, nothing. Just eyes rolling higher then her ego. Props to the younger lady, however. Whom offered us to take away, made us feel a little better. Enough for us to not make a scene. It's truly unfortunate.

Strawberry cheesecake ice creams is nice…service was good…but the waffles and croffles is so-so

Not a chocolate lover, but the Belgium chocolate is really good. The chocolate chip mint is great too. The chrysanthemum ice cream has a very thick flavor like a chrysanthemum syrup, personally not to my liking.

V pushing sales staff who keep on asking u to buy their stored value card. Free toppings portion is pathetic little. Only afew dust of crashed oreo bits can't even taste it. Pistachio flavour has a durian smell, avoid it. Probably they reuse the scoop. Try it if u like durian. Given the wrong ice cream flavours. Staff keep chasing you off by asking if they can collect the plates. Imagine you soebt a total of $52.80 ($40 + $12.80) cant even sit for 20 mins. Really turned off by their insincere services.

Located at level 1 of Junction 9 Mall near to the drop off point area. The space isn’t big so there are about 5 seating tables; 3 indoor and 2 outdoor. Used the Burpple deal and redeemed 1 waffles and 2 beverages @ $7.40. Add on two scoops of ice cream at $11. Waffles is not bad as it came crispy and the ice cream are pretty good too.

Quite a good variety of flavors ice cream to choose from. The kids love it and I don't even have a chance to take the photo before they eat it. (Apologies for the photo that the ice creams have been eaten). The salted caramel is pretty soft maybe it is not chilled enough. This may be an one-time off incident on this. The rest of the flavors that the kids are having are good. Staff is friendly. ????

Quaint ice cream cafe with pretty decorations. Wide selection of yummy ice cream flavours. Tried the croffle, not much of a fan but it was pretty good and crispy. Also had their crispy waffle which was yummy. I love that they include a tiny extra scoop of ice cream to your order (hence their name Overscoop). Will definitely drop by again to try other flavours!
