β β β β β Definitely prefer this B2 store compared to the store at Level 1, after a few experiences. I would walk all the way here to patronize this store although level 1 store is nearer for me.
The key factor is because staff are friendly, patient, and provide better service. Not only do they listen attentively, they are more courteous. Food standards are perhaps better - pancake fillings are more standardized, soybean drinks are good as usual.
