Advise all parents to sit in EVERY therapy sessions at Ozworks to observe the ‘treatment’ or ‘non-treatment’ your child receive. If you are unwelcome in subtle ways, pls note that reputable OT centres will WANTS involvement from parents. Friendly smiles and summaries at drop off and pick-up from therapists do not say a thing.

Sudev is a wonderful therapist! So glad of all the wonders he did for my son. Everyone can see the growth and improvement in every aspects of him! I am really grateful.

I’ve been seeing Sudev for occupational therapy for over a year ever since I suffered severe injuries from a bad fall last year that necessitated me stepping away from work for a couple of months. My recovery, especially in the early days, has been tough and I wouldn’t have the level of function I enjoy today without Sudev’s steadfast support. He is a consummate professional whose easy rapport has gone a long way to building a strong alliance in my journey towards better functioning and greater resilience to overcome the many hurdles I’ve had to deal with. He is highly skilled and has been extremely efficient in coming up with practical solutions that are effective in organising my work and personal tasks to reduce anxiety and stress. He is also a very compassionate therapist whose passion and sincerity in wanting to help others are hard to come by nowadays. As a result of the fall, my left foot had zero sensation and motor function. This meant that I had limited mobility. I began seeing Kumi for physiotherapy soon after starting with Sudev. I had been seeing another physiotherapist before that and I’m very glad to have made the change. Kumi’s positive and caring spirit, as well as high level of expertise, has had an amazing impact on my ability to balance and walk virtually unaided. Thanks to her, I am optimistic I can make a full recovery down the road. I just saw my neurologist and neurosurgeon 2 days ago and showed them the movement I have regained. They said it’s miraculous and commented that I must have worked really hard. I said I have but it would not have made a difference if I hadn’t done the right exercises and received expert advice. I owe all that purely to Kumi. I am really impressed by the warmth I always receive from the lovely ladies who help me at the reception, Lisa and Selena. They create a welcoming atmosphere that makes a huge difference every visit. Truth be told, I’m not usually one to write reviews (because I’m too lazy). The only rare occasions I’ve written one are for businesses I feel are genuinely worth my investment in time and I’m a very discerning customer (read choosy). I’ve chosen to write this review because I understand the importance of the work they do at OzWorks and I want others to benefit as much as I have and experience the positive difference the therapists can make in life. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
