★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best BBQ skewers Chuan Chuan (串串）places that I have been. Unique seasoning for all the barbecue skewers.. we had such a big variety of different skewers including chicken pieces, savory lamb, chicken wings, chicken skin, potato slices, and the list goes on. We also had their signature pig trotters which came in one big wholesome piece of trotter, beautiful seasoned and BBQed. Included a well stir fired dou miao side vegetable dish for good measure. Expect to wait at least 30-45mins during peak hours but it is worth the wait!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was normal. Not exceptionally good. Price on a higher side as compare to other shop along the same street. Environment was slightly better than other chuan chuan store. Staff was not very friendly. They will hint to clear your plates and cups when you still has some food and drinks. They want you to pay the bill so that they can serve more people.
Not a place to chill with friends but to eat, pay and go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has a lot of Mainland Chinese customers so it does give off the authentic 串串 store vibe! We ordered skewers & Dan Dan noodles. The sauce for the Dan Dan noodles was more watery than we were used to (ordered under the impression that the sauce would be thicker but this could have been prepared differently - see last pic for sauce). The noodles had a pretty nice texture tho!
Basically their skewers are a bunch of different ingredients marinated in a similar spice rub/sauce, then grilled:
- squid (too tough & salty)
- pork was better than the beef (a little too rubbery)
- lotus root (had a nice bite to it!)
- potato slices (not too bad)
- chives wrapped in beancurd skin (ok)
*Be prepared to leave smelling strongly of chilli powder/oil.

Food was not bad just kinda too oily and salty for my likes. I would recommend go for their 烧烤串串 AND I like their 口水鸡 and their vinegar was THUMBS UP! Not those lousy vinegar taste ~
