Engaged Interior Empire for my full home renovation, overall experience was superb. Our ID Dragon was really patient with us throughout the entire renovation journey as a first time flat owner. We wanted a very different color concept and Dragon was there to guide us accordingly to accommodate what we need. They tried they best to make all our demands possible. Even during this difficult period, the work is also not much delayed and everything was done according to schedule. Highly recommended, professional staffs. Great job!?

We engage Interior Empire as our ID to renovate our office. The designer is very experience and patience for answer all of our queries with fast respond. Overall they did a good job and I am very satisfied for the services provided. Thanks for the great job!

We were in a rush to move in and had barely abt 6-8weeks time for renovation. Dragon saw through the works despite away for reservice and ensure that we could shift in per the determined date. The fitout’s finishes were of high quality. He also ensured that all rectification works, if any, were done as soon as possible. I can’t ask for a better service provider! Their service is highly recommend!

I do not regret engaging Dragon as my iD after searching for quite some a while. His patience and understanding impressed me. Due to unforeseen circumstances, my renovation was delayed. But he was accomodating even when we have to make trips down to the tiles shop multiple times as my original selection has stopped production He was also able to cater to most of my needs and wants while giving advice based on his professional expertise. Despite my many requests to change the initial design, he takes time to analyse my changes and gave alternatives should he think the change was not feasible. Overall, i like that he was responsive, responsible and gives ample updates on the renovating progress.

During the circuit breaker, we had a few discussions with a few IDs and we subsequently shortlisted to 3. Before our final meeting with the shortlisted IDs, we chanced upon Interior Empire's facebook page and found that there were many positive reviews. We decided to then include Interior Empire for our final comparison and so we arranged to meet up. Brandon was very responsive in his replies and was punctual for the meeting. We were a little apprehensive at first when we first saw Brandon as he looked young but that changed after our discussion and we were convinced by his professionalism, knowledge and experience. In addition, his quotation was reasonable and there were not any hidden costs and therefore we decided to engage Interior Empire. Brandon is very committed and hardworking and is always on-site to ensure that work is smoothly carried out. Passionate about his job, Brandon is always thinking about the best way to do certain things and more importantly, he does not shy away from issues nor shirk his responsibilities. Brandon has a remarkable attitude, is always very cheerful and has a very contagious laughter that can lift one's spirit. I highly recommend Interior Empire for anyone considering renovation.

Dragon is a honest and reliable person to work with. Quotation quoted during the covid period was honoured with no additional increases even with the material/manpower costs increase. He will also do his best to accommodate and help customer with no complaints. I have selected a tile which was out of stock. Instead of asking me to choose another tile, he checked with his contact to see if its possible to order the tile. When the tile took more than 6 weeks to reach, he was also willing to work around the schedule instead of just asking me to get another tile. I have also purchase some items directly from the supplier instead of through him. If he know the supplier, he also helped to chase and expedite on the delivery even though he could easily say its not his issue. Thank you Dragon for your help throughout the whole reno!

Had an excellent experience with Interior Empire recently. Dragon was very knowledgeable and helped design my new flat within my budgetary constraints. He was available always for advice and had ready solutions for some of the problems (not caused by IE) that had cropped up during the renovations. Given the natural delays expected during the Covid pandemic, the work was completed within the time limit and the flat was ready for me to move in immediately. Definitely would recommend Interior Empire to anyone looking for a professional interior designer.

I planned to renovate my 30 year old apartment. After some research and comparison, I engaged Brandon from Interior Empire as my consultant and contractor. As the refurbishment happened during the pandemic, I was aware that there will be delays and upcoming challenges. Despite that, Brandon had time pressure to complete the renovation work before I moved in, as my rental agreement expired. Brandon has not disappointed me when he proposed the design of the renovation work, price and details of the material used. He has done a very good job for coordinating his workers to ensure the work is completed in time to make it liveable. All this while he maintained regular communication on the progress. I was impressed with Brandons professionalism and attention to details. I am very satisfied and happy with Brandons friendly service. I have no doubt to introduce him to any of my friends who is looking for house renovation or will engage him again, if the need arises one day.
