β β β β β Thank you Palette Box for recommending the Mania-h bed. The quality of the bed looks good and the service staff were very attentive to my needs. At first cannot decide between 2 single or one bunk bed but the staff was patient to explain the modular system so itβs really good long term investment. Happy with my purchase ??β€οΈ

β β β β β Good quality bed and mattress. Love their modular beds which is hard to find in Singapore. We went many places and look at beds, did many research before deciding. Great for Montessori learning. Fantastic customer service. Very nice place to shop, please visit before you purchase any beds for your kiddo!

β β β β β Me and my wife have a positive experience while looking for baby cot for our twins boys at Palette Box! The store staff Ms Stella was attentive and helpful to listen to our needs and made suitable recommendations : from the baby cot, mattress to the bumper cushion set selection. Happy with the service and will definitely recommend friends to visit the store.

β β β β β I was introduced to Manis-h by my family and friends. I personally feel that their selections on display are able to meet each individualβs desires and needs.
What made me decide to get their beds for my children is because of their good quality of materials and competitive prices. Needless to say, their sales representative is really friendly and patient in addressing all my queries.
All in all, Iβm delighted with my experience here and will introduce to others. ??????

β β β β β Visited their showroom and was impressed. Bought a 10-in-1 cot from MM Expo sale. Waited ~1 month to collect.
Recorded a dozen defects + cracked leg before deciding it needs to be returned. Refund request was quite messy, as it involved 20+ emails with them. Customer Service refused to give me a call, hiding behind their email. Every email was then followed by delays, as he had to speak to their "management" for guidance.
First, they asked me to wait another 2 months to exchange. In the meantime, i was to use a cot with a cracked leg. I declined and requested for a refund, as the delay is too long and the cot is unsafe.
Then they offered me to exchange with a cheaper model. After the painful experience thus far, i declined and requested for a refund.
After about 30 emails to them and MM, they finally agreed to fully refund. I prompted returned the item to their showroom within 1 hour.
I hope they have better supply management and better customer service. I wouldn't return.
