★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience with Laundromat. The power grid went out and my clothes are stuck in the machine. Helpline isn't picking up the call and my clothes and other customers clothes are stuck in the machine.

After washing my clothes at Sunset way branch, I tried to do drying on one of the machines that did not have the out of order sign, however it did still not work. Wanting to get a refund for the money placed into the malfunctioning dryer, I tried calling them at 97231804. I called many times but to no avail (It seems that they just don't answer the phone) still waiting, for them to call me back.
