Derrick’s technical expertise and service-oriented attitude impressed me. He was able to fix my spectacles immediately and the fit was perfect. Thank you once again.

We love Paris Milki services. Whenever our spectacle require adjustment, the staffs are always do it with a smile and clean the spectacle. They even give us 6 pairs of contact lens to try before order the right ones. Paris milki staffs are always attentive, polite, friendly and always put a smile at you.

They were able to slot me in for a contact lenses exam last minute. Would have been great if they had spent the time explaining/ educating what the test results are vs trying to sell the lenses straightaway.

Got glasses as present and wanted to exchange them with a different model. Was declined because their take back period was one week. I had received the gift 8 days after purchase. As the $350(!) glasses were never used I expected more flexibility from the staff.

I bought a pair of PORSCHE prescription glasses from Liang Court. The value of the transaction is Sgd 1570. I picked them up on Nov 25th. Then I travelled overseas with the glasses from November 26th to 29th. After two days only, a screw fell off and I could not wear the glasses anymore. It caused me a lot of troubles since I had no spare glasses with me. Upon returning to Singapore, I immediately brought back the glasses for servicing at Takashimaya on November 30th . By now 4 days are gone, no one called me for update. Today's December 4th, I just called Takashimaya, I spoke with Miss Tan. She explained to me that they don't know when my pair of prescription glasses can be repaired. I have been a client of yours (Liang Court) for more than 15 years. This situation is totally not acceptable. If no one handles my case and confirm exactly when I can have my prescription back before tonight. I will walk into your shop tomorrow for immediate refund. This service standard is totally not acceptable.

will not recommend. paid almost $900+ for 2 pair of glasses. the pair of glasses were very uncomfortable for our eyes. only to find out by another staff of a spectacle shop that we were prescribed wrongly. we were unable to get a refund or ask for change of lenses. staff was not knowledgable as well. we were disappointed. wasted the money. ended up with another pair of suitable glasses for only $150 from a nearby shop.

The staff of Paris Miki especially Ms Li Ning is extremely helpful and kind!! She has been helping me with my glasses and contact lenses for 9 years and I will continue to come back to Paris Miki.
