It was so refreshing - the level of customer service that Claire provides should be used as the standard that all Chanel sales associates strive towards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was served by Fahmy at the Ngee Ann City outlet and boy was I glad to be served by him. He is patient, kind and helpful throughout my time of browsing at Chanel. He constantly recommended me bags of various designs and took them for me to try. He also listened carefully to my wants in my ideal Chanel bag and eventually brought this beautiful piece for me. I’m eternally grateful for his impeccable service. He totally changed my perception of the SAs (met a rude and judgy one before at the NAC outlet) at Chanel because he is incredibly nice and helpful. I highly highly recommend you to look for Fahmy, especially for first time Chanel buyers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited the boutique last Sunday and was served by a male SA who seemed very uninterested in serving customers (non-VIPs perhaps). Was looking at the earrings, the SA seemed so impatient, he was playing with his fingers as if he was counting down when I was leaving. Asked if they have the flap bag with handle in black, he just replied NO (the only word he said the entire time). Proceeded to try on Chanel 22, was discussing with the husband whether the small or medium size is better, he, as the SA did not even bother giving suggestion. Please know that Chanel is not the only luxury brand in this world. Service provided at LV or even Hermes was way better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was assigned a male staff to assist me with my purchase as I walked into the boutique. I had a few models in mind and was very firmly told that they have all been sold out. This salesman wasn’t interested in recommending me other models, I looked for other models on the shelves myself and he was there just to give me the prices. I felt the whole time he was waiting for me to leave the shop. It was an absolutely unpleasant shopping experience. This is the worst shopping experience I ever encountered in a luxury boutique, in fact the only one. I hope other design houses will come up with something magnificently iconic very soon to attract customers away from Chanel, and I am sure this won’t be difficult because its customer service is so terribly wanting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sad Experience, as Almost all black colour Bags are sold out. It is not Fair for somebody to buy 2 or more bags withing a month time and for the others to be out of stock. Chanel should put more restrictions on Ressellers. We all want to purchase from the store itself and enjoy the high service, definitely not from a reseller. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love love love shopping here. I always go back to the same lady working here. They carry a great range of products, from bags, scarves, belts shoes! my shopping here is always a pleasure. Only thing That could be improved would be the addition of a points system similar to MBS or paragon. Christmas and summer collection are amazing. Hi th lay recommend, especially with their new renovation. You really do pay for what you get, Chanel (especially this branch) highlight the quality and carry great products and service.
