Park Avenue Robertson - 80 Kim Yam Rd

It's been a pleasant stay with furnitures fully equipped as well as spacious rooms and living room.

I stay in a 3-room apartment. The apartment is spacious. Very good location, 2 to 3 minutes walk to Singapore river.

Slept comfortably. The room is very neat and clean and spacious too. Bathroom was very clean. Great location!

“The worst serviced apartment ever.” Everything except the washing machine is very old. All the appliances including the ACs are in bad condition, especially the kitchen appliances. Forks are rusty, cutboard us kinda disgusting. Can't even think about when the drying rack was cleaned. In the tiny bathroom, no rack to put your shampoo bottle, so you have to grab it from the floor. Please be aware there is no holder or ring for your towels. You will be first surprised after your cold shower. For hot water, you had to push a button next to the fridge. you will get even more surprised when you get ur 2nd cold shower. the hot|cold water comes from the opposite directions as the blue/red color . The most interesting fact is that no one lets you know these things before you come down to the lobby(the number in this google map isnt their's, so please dont waste ur time callung them.) The price itself isn't that bad, but too much considering their services.

The suite had good amenities, and was generally cleaned and well-maintained. Housekeeping was done on Tues, Thurs and Sat by a kind and efficient Faridah. The staff at Park Avenue were helpful and friendly. They've made my stay very enjoyable and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. Toiletries are provided. Their toothbrushes have really soft bristles, which isn't something you'd expect from hotels. Small comforts that make your stay better. The hotel is conveniently located 5mins from UE Square, 10mins from Fort Canning, 20mins from Clarke Quay, and just across Robertson Quay. It's actually quite enjoyable to walk to these places. There's tonnes of great cafes around. If you prefer to cook in your suite, there's a well-stocked Cold Storage at UE Square. The pool and gym were admittedly small. The staff very kindly gave me the option to use the larger pool and gym facilities at their Clemenceau branch instead. Some cons: - the bed faces the toilet door and bedroom door directly. Not the best fengshui. - the kitchen air is a bit "dirty". Every time I stepped into the kitchen, parts of my skin would start itching and breaking out in rash. Some of the drawers and cabinets also smelled a bit musty. - there are no scissors or tissues in the apartment. You could use the toilet rolls though. - there's a 5-step flight of stairs from the lobby to the lifts. If you're carrying heavy luggage, this could be difficult. The hotel does not have bellboy services. - the suite can be a bit small at first with sharp corners. Expect to bump into hard surfaces once in a while. You'll get used to the layout soon. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. Serviced apartments like these definitely win over lux hotels any day. It seems like the hotel is a bit older, hence some of the cons. Despite that, I really enjoyed my whole stay. It was sufficient for 1 week staycation and I would definitely consider returning again. A big thank you to all the staff at Park Avenue :)

I love this sweet apartment-style hotel. Lived here for a month last year during the pandemic. And this became our first option this time because of the great experience. They provided baby crib, Bath tub and high chair within the 2b2b style suite for my family. My favorite part is the location , which is in a nice and high-end community. WalkIng to Robertson quay/Clark quay, Orchard road or China point is not that far. The staff/housekeeping are very friendly.

We spent 39 nights in 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment. It is not the Ritz but adequate and very comfortable and reasonably priced given the location in Robertson Quay. Staff were extremely friendly and attended to.our requests promptly promptly and courteously. Special to John and Rachel who warmly greeted and helped us during out stay!
