★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one says anything about the airplane noises. Whole lot worse than you can imagine. Feels like hundreds of air planes literally going above my head and you cannot block the noise by ‘closing all windows’. I signed for 2years so lets hope I will be able to remain sane by then.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feel very at home with all things Malay. My parents and children love it, the weather is very humid and hot here suit us well. It So crowded during weekends in surroundings with many camping at grass patch, MRT, shopping malls etc so nice kampong feeling so proud to own a prestige condo here. You wont feel lonely when besides noises from public transport, human traffic, surprisingly frequent airplanes fly over almost hourly . Only complaint some residents here like to complain non-stop when parents sun their carpet & sarong at balcony

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing connectivity. So close to town 6 stops to Dhoby Ghaut and another 6 stops to Changi Airport. Eateries are awesome; both local hawker and restaurant class are all readily available...plus there are so many supermarkets and amenities to boot. The condo especially those facing the pool are is quiet and serene. Really love the convenience of living in this condo. Highly recommended !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My unit was facing another side and was quiet and peaceful, albeit some noises during day but when i closed the windows and balcony, nothing was heard. Conveniently located as i can take a queue number at a restaurant and reach there within minutes when it is my turn. Love it!

The place is fully sheltered to the the MRT which is the interchange for the Circle line and the East West line, and downtown line is just a stop away. There are also different bus stops to different part of the island. Great food option around the vicinity; from restaurants at nearby malls to hawkers and popular geylang eateries. Also, the fact that the supermarket is just downstairs and opens till 11pm means that there's no need to store food in your fridge. For units facing the pool, the balcony and bedroom can see serene pool view with greenery which provides a relaxing view after a day at work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Park Place is so conveniently linked to EW and Circle lines at Condo’s basement and Level 2, PLQ mall, Singpost, Paya Lebar Square, totally sheltered from the rain. Lots of eateries and amenities to enjoy. The furnishing is of good quality; Whirlpool , Smeg, Haiku fan, etc. The workmanship rated by BCA is mostly above 90%, on the high side of all Singapore’s condo. It is also near the Sports Hub, Geylang food heaven, old airport road food centre, East Coast park and is right in between CBD and Changi Airport. The noise level from the streets is minimal as compared to condos beside expressways. The noise couldn’t be heard at all when you close the windows also, due to the double glazed industrial grade windows and doors. Most of the owners love Park Place Residences!
