Staffs are friendly and rather prompt and quick in managing lines of visitors as well as providing clear instructions on the course of health check. Located at high level of #18, it has a good view of the nearby areas like MBS, SG flyer.
T	The Chias on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there for an annual check-up required by my organization. The staff were professional and helpful from registration to the various stations. I was done within an hour.
J	Jan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ❌ Full check-up took me 4.5H of waiting before I could consume food ❌ First blood test was unsuccessful. Needle went in but the assistant fumbled and apologised. I had to ask if the blood test is over before finding out it wasn’t. ❌ I thought I will get to retake my blood test quickly, but watched several other patients cleared, before I was called again 15 min later by the same lady who failed to complete drawing my blood previously ?? By then she just returned my file and continue serving other. At this point it seems I was left out and behind. ❌ After blood test taken (with complaint), I was asked to do threadmill, because radiology is crowded. I had to run with lower blood pressure, empty stomach and only finish last X-Ray after 4.5H Each station the staff are polite and pleasant. I just wished the waiting time is shorter and the sequence allow shorter fasting hour.
