★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had made arrangement for my health screening to be done here. Not the best of experience for the screening and the medical review (separate days).
Screening itself was at 10am but only managed to complete it at 12.30pm. Delays between stations and I even had a morning nap in the pod while waiting.
Medical review arranged for 2.30pm. Wrote this review at 3.40pm and still waiting for my turn.
It doesn’t seem to be an isolated issue when I see past feedback sharing the same experience. Either the management is comfortable with the state of affair or they don’t bother at all.
If time is precious to you, I suggest you arrange health screening at other establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very organised and clean, comfortable sofa in pod room for executive health screening appointments. Ms Molly is super cheerful, friendly and helpful. Once my blood test was done, breakfast pastries n warm drink got served immediately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molly is an excellent host, while going thru the annual check up process, she is super attentive, taking extremely good care of clients and ensure all we need is immediately provided. Going above and beyond expectation. One of the reasons why choosing this clinic for my annual checkup .
Nice long cup of coffee after blood test ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My sister and I have been doing health screening here for many years. It is quite understaffed over here so will have to endure long waiting time but service is good nevertheless. Would like to specially compliment Molly who provided us great service. Our tests ended late and were asked to vacate the pod for the next batch of people but Molly insisted that we finished our coffee before we leave. She was very thoughtful and provided us everything we needed for a comfortable experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst possible hospital in Singapore.
I paid 1700+ SGD for the Platinum Health screening package, and the customer service is non-existent. There is no follow up email regarding collection or doctor review appointment. I have to call up myself to arrange for one (after waiting on the line for 45 mins).
The doctor review appointment is 3 months after the screening.
There is no email reminder prior to the doctor review appointment either.
Apparently you will still have to sit around in a crowded reception area (despite covid) even with prior agreed upon appointment time (I arrived 15 mins earlier than my appointment)
What a horrible experience, waste of time and money, and exposing myself to unnecessary Covid risks.
Will never use Fullerton services ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here for health screening. Came early for my appointment at 715am but security at the building refused to let me go up so do come at 730am sharp if you have morning appointment. Services are good and really comfortable in the individual pods. Just that it will be a bit lost at first due to not knowing what is happening outside. The initial waiting time is rather long, waited an hr just to take blood samples but aunty molly is very efficient to serve snacks right after blood is taken as I have been fasting and hungry. The other tests and checks follow up quickly. Special thanks to Zai, Lala, Stacy, Aunty Molly and Nicole for the good service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always choose this branch in OFC (this is the 3rd time) because all the staff are not only professional but also has a warm service. Gian is very warm and polite. Kelvin was very proactive to check and offer anything. If everything is all right. Unfortunately I did not recall every name. But each service I got from Ultrasound, ECG, Doctor consultation are very good too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice staff generally, special mention to Molly, whom I think the staff address as auntie. She is so cheerful to everyone not just patients, but to the colleagues. I overheard her offering her help. Served me extra portion for my child as well. Brought my child to the washroom when I was away too. Process was ok, as expected some waiting here and there. All done within 2 hrs. Been here couple of yrs and will continue returning.
