โ โ โ โ โ This outlet has been around for the past 10 years. Going back there yesterday was certainly nostalgic.
Ordered the creamy chicken pasta with top up of drinks and soup. Tasted not too bad and would give it 7/10 for the price.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible staff attitude, same consistent standard over the years. Malay guy and Ate at cashier can't be bothered to serve incoming customers. Be prepared to be ignored for 10 min when you walk in. Better still, order for delivery.
Not to mention bad food for that kind of price.

โ โ โ โ โ My dine in experience here was good as fadilah greeted us with friendliness. She serve us and recommended us a few food and even went out of the way to ask if we wanted to switch places to a comfortable sofa seat. Sheโs really helpful and joyful too. Keep it guysโฆ!!! โ โ โ โ โ There were 5 of us near dinner time. It was raining very heavily and we had seated outdoor. The Manager and his crews rushed out to bring down the retractable awnings. They were also very fast paced service oriented staffs who went the extra mile to provide great service whenever we requested something. At the end of the dinner, the manager and his staff came to our table and wished us a pleasant day ahead. Keep up the Good Work, Mr Shah and Ms Farah (* sorry if I didnt get your names clearly, & the other kitchen crews too! )

itโs nice that you can select your preferred pasta and sauce base. iโve always ordered in creamy tomato sauce.
serving of food is quite fast and quality is good.

Couldn't decide what we wanted for lunch as we were in Westmall. Walked around and saw Pasta Mania.
Quick decisions and there we were. Approached one of the staff and swiftly, she explained to us accordingly the menu etc. Checked in and got our seats. Commendable that the seats were spaced nicely apart.
Our food came rather quick. Heres the plus point. 2 staff came to help us on different times and both times they were super accomodating, polite and always smiley.
The food is above average. It was nicely seasoned and the portioning was rather generous. Just that the pizza was slightly underwhelming. Also, it's funny enough that I do enjoy the garlic bread. Look at the calamari, it's nice lah! Price wise, it's OK I suppose with the portion.
What makes the meal pleasant really was the attentive staff, period. An average food but served with a delightful atmosphere makes the whole experience really pleasant. So will surely visit them yet again and hopefully the standard remains.
