★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came here to have dessert but the 2 staff here were in a rush to go home. ? We had ordered a scone and the g spot cake. The scone was served with NOTHING. But on the description on their display counter, they had stated that they serve their scones with BUTTER AND JAM. When we asked if we could have butter, the staff said that it was chargeable?????? But didnt your description put that the scones came with butter and jam and why do i need to pay $1 for butter?????
The only saving grace of this place is their chocolate cake ? goodness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seating arrangement here is a total mess. They put “please wait to be seated” but no staff will come. Customers simply walk to the table and get seated. Understaffed. Tables not cleared. Strawberry shortcake is nothing special. Coffee is ok. Jus a place to sit down and rest leg. Not a must-go place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their coffee and desserts are amazing (especially the raspberry yuzu and lychee cheesecake), but it can be difficult to find seats on weekends as diners often hoard tables and there is no dining time restriction imposed.

Tried the heartbeat too. Select it due to exciting flavours, but nothing really stands out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience pretty good as the mall provides nice music. A nice place to chill with laptop in the afternoon and due to covid-19, less crowd. The tarts are average and pricey.
