Got our Shih Tzu x Miniature Poodle at Paws and Woofers! The first time visit the place, experience is pretty good, we spent about 1 hour at the shop to consider and trying to understand things to take note of having a puppy, theyโ€™re very helpful, patient and friendly to answer all our questions! Especially thanks to Jane who help us to take care of our pup very well when we canโ€™t bring it home right after we decided. Would definitely recommend this place to get your life time companion!

Really great experience overall! They were helpful with tips and created a Whatsapp group even for us if we had questions. I loved that they prepared a little take home kit for out pupper. They also connected us with her sisters so we can hopefully one day have a doggy playdate! Thanks so much for giving us our little Cava!

My husband and I canโ€™t thank this shop enough for helping us get our dream dog . We have been eyeing for a bernedoodle for almost a year and we had difficulty finding โ€œminisโ€ across singapore. When they had them in stock we couldnt pass the chance to meet them and they were adorable healthy puppies. After purchasing our dog they gave us a puppy starter kit that contained food ,pee pads and some toys so we could be ready to welcome the new fur baby home. Jane was still very helpful even when we had questions days/ months after and we are so grateful for that. :)

One of the best boutique you can get your puppy from. Jane sincerely cares for the puppies she brings in and this set her apart from the other pet stores that we visited. She was patient with our enquiries and supportive after we brought our puppy home. Keep up the good work!

We got a healthy puppy from Pups and woofers. The whole experience was really good. Jane gave many updates about our pup during the waiting period before we can take her home with us. Would definitely recommend!

I got my beautiful GSD from here and I really have to say both Jane and her partner are extremely nice and patient people. They train and take care of the puppies really well while they're there and it was really nice of them to have a puppy pack that really helped with the basic needs so we didn't have to run around finding the essentials that our puppy will require in his new home. After sales care was top notch as well and Jane checks in with our pup to find out about his growth process and to see if we have any issues she could help us with. I greatly recommend paws and woofers for anybody considering a puppy!

Team was pushy and rude. Asked us why we came to view the dogs when we are not ready to purchase immediately yet. This is a dog not a handbag? Also, how many dog owners bought their dog on first viewing? Hi Jane, thank you for your response. You were right that we mentioned our holiday plans in July, which is just next month. Knowing that it would probably take a while for us to find a suitable puppy, we starting going for viewings now and to talk to pet shop owners to gain better understanding of the different breeds. We also needed time go do more research online after these visits to ensure the puppy we want is suitable for our lifestyle, home environment, etc. I do not think starting these visits now is unreasonable. Sure, if we had a great connection with a puppy now we would definitely go out of our way to make alternative arrangements to ensure a smooth transition but unfortunately that didnโ€™t happen during the visit. So it was really rude and offensive for you to ask the question in a blaming tone โ€œthen why you come and view the puppies when you are not ready to buy NOWโ€. I appreciate that you guys took time and answer our questions. However, when we were talking about the differences between F1 and F1b and I asked the question โ€œso whatโ€™s the differences between themโ€ you simply gave a smirk and said โ€œwe just told you thatโ€, when what we were asking was on the traits, personality etc which was not discussed. That may have been a misunderstanding but the attitude was unnecessary. Having said the above, I would like to thank your colleague (owner of Maple) for being patient and attentive to us throughout the appointment. Our experience would have been a great one if she was the only person serving us.

Responds super quickly (was fast and easy getting and appointment). Puppies looked happy and healthy, and our puppy somehow was pee pad trained at just 3 months old, saving us a ton of work! They sent us home with a generous bag of goodies, and continued to follow up with us to check that our puppy was doing well. Appreciate that they really care about their dogs.
