Response to reply from owner of Hey Good Cats and Bubbly Petz: Desmond Chan, it is clear that you do not listen to feedback properly and do not read my review. Instead of improving you chose to write lengthy responses to justify your demands, actions and policies. As your loyal customers for more than 5 years, we have given you loads of face to face feedback. However, we feel that after having given feedback, service standards have dropped and nothing has improved. It used to be better when you only have one outlet at Bubbly Petz. There were many times we were waiting for you outside in the heat with our pets and you were late for our appointment. On the other hand, we have been disciplined to observe your NEW rules – if we are late by more that 15mins, our pets will not be showered and we may be booted out. As a business owner, it is your right to run your business profitably and maximise your time because you have high overheads and need to pay your enlarged team. Many a times, I have had to assist your staff in sweeping and cleaning your three studios at Hey Good Cat. It seems even the studios cleanliness have fallen. Forcing your customers to accept your arbitrary and sudden policies are again your right to impose as a business owner. In all our years with you, you have never asked for a deposit to secure an appointment even during Chinese New Year peak periods. As with your recently new policies, the rules came out of the blue with no context nor a phone call to explain. As mentioned before to you, we have been receiving such “out of the blue” policies suddenly and we were forced to accept it at last minute notice. Hair salons also do not demand their customers to pay a deposit upfront to secure an advanced booking during Chinese New Year peak period. We have paid our S$50 deposit within 48hours as you demanded to secure our upcoming grooming appointment. We got a confirmation message. Now in your Google review reply, you are saying that our appointment is NOT confirmed??!! I have also received a message again today my appointment is confirmed. All this just reinforces our observations that service standards have dropped and that your team’s focus is not on personalized care. Their focus is now on enforcing “out of the blue” policies such as collecting deposits upfront and finishing the grooming session as quickly as possible so that they can attend to more customers within the limited time in a day. If you cannot stomach true and less than favourable feedback about your team and business, then perhaps pet grooming business is not for you. You can choose to ignore your customers' valuable feedback. You charge HIGH prices, and as such you can expect customer expectations are correspondingly high as well. Maybe because your business is super good - from one outlet to another, you can afford to adopt such a high handed attitude towards your customers. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Used to be good but now the owner and team only cares about $$$$$ and it operates like a big MNC with many ridiculous policies such as deposit upfront required, pet owners must respond to their messages within 48hrs, etc. They were good when they started out as one outlet. We have been loyal customers for more than 5 years and are very disappointed at the falling standards of care. Pets are groomed like being in a factory manufacturing assembly line. They do not bother to ask about the pet/s being groomed and also there is no effort made to brief the owner after the session. Over the top prices and service standards have dropped tremendously. They are over-hyped and over-priced. This is due to the large amount of media attention they have received to date. There are better groomers in the market who do not charge an arm and a leg in the market and give better personalized service. We have given feedback to owner several times but our concerns have fallen to deaf ears because they are now more interested in making more money and chasing fame.

Found a tick on my pup after bringing him back home!! Asked for basic grooming but came back with a bill of $170, did deshedding treatment when we didn't ask for the service. Called to Desmond the shop owner to verify, and he said he would advised his customers to do it when they bring their pets. Advise your customers doesn't mean your customer want. And who would expect a basic grooming would end up cost $170?? My dog sleeps in air-con room so don't assume he feel hot, and for 1.5 years, he never shaved his undercoat since young, nor was i advised by any of my groomers. First and the last time coming here for grooming. Money can earn back, but my pup nice silky fur is gone forever.

Not a customer yet but q difficult to make a booking because they are quite popular. Replies via whatsapp are usually within 24 to 48 hrs as indicated. Was told all weekends have been booked for the entire year (2021) and its only March now and the nearest slot during weekdays given is 6 weeks or more later. So make your bookings early if you are considering them.

Just a really nice experience from start to end. Our dog is treated like a king here and never wants to leave. Recommended for personal and professional grooming with excellent treatment of the animals (and their humans too)

Lovely little place to bring your furry one for grooming. Groomers are generally quite good and quite professional. Resident dog, Chocolate is a friendly and welcoming.

Desmond was very patient in explaining what he would be doing. most important he kept asking if we have ideas on how we want our pet to be groomed! Felt as though we were the ones going for the grooming. Personalized..... Plus witness the sight since it was HAPPYS first visit that there were indeed TWO GROOMERS to ensure HAPPY was calm and assured since it was her first time . Looking forward to our next grooming session in about eight weeks
