★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would like to thank Karissa for taking great care of my fur kid Crystal for 9 days during our holiday trip. Crystal's right eye has some reddish on her lid area and she was helping to wash her eye with saline solution and drops. Thank you so much really appreciate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great and reliable place for our furkids. I sent Choco to help him mingle with other dogs as he seemed a bit timid. Karissa made sure that Choco is well taken care and mingles well with the others with positive encouragement. Extremely responsive and supportive to the owners. Definitely recommend this to other owners as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy to leave our pup with Karissa during our holiday. We were continuously updated with pictures n videos of our pup. Felt quite at ease cz it was our first time n we were worried. We could see that our pup was so happy during her stay.Now we are sending our pup here for daycare too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dog is terminally ill and immobile and yet Karissa is willing to take him in for trial boarding. She took really good care of him and showered him with lotsa love and care and treat him as if it's her own. She will give constant updates about his condition so that I don't have to worry about him. He came back healthier, happier and stronger. Excellent service. Definitely highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karissa is the best! She was so patient with my 4 month old puppy (Cookie) who went for 10 days boarding. Even though Cookie was such a handful making lots of poopy mess everyday, Karissa was understanding and even helped to toilet train her. She kept me updated with pictures and videos everyday, giving me peace of mind while I travel! So glad we chose Pawsome Staycation!

Our trip had to be extended by a few months due to issues with getting approval to renter Singapore and Karissa was always flexible and reassuring. She sent me regular updates and pictures of Quilla which I greatly appreciated - I always knew she was in good hand and Karissa made sure I never needed to worry. This is the second time Quilla has stayed with Karissa for a long term stay and I will certainly continue to use their great service in the future. Thank you Pawsome Staycation!
